Search turns up with only 4 threads which didn’t really help me so I’m starting a new one… I don’t see bed fowfers mentioned at all anymore, does anyone still do them?

I just remembered them yesterday. I did some of them at the beginning of my PE career and around that time I had some mild ligament ache which got me scared so I stopped bed fowfers altogether.

However, maybe they didn’t cause the ache after all. Maybe I should give them another shot. I wouldn’t mind bigger flaccid. Who would, anyway? :) And it’s such a simple exercise.

So, I tried some bed fowfers last night and I feel very nice stretch when I straighten my legs or flex my thighs, but I really can’t be sure is that stretching of the skin or stretching of penis/ligaments. How to tell?

Also, my penis became somewhat cold after a while and that’s not supposed to happen. How to explain that?

I usually use my extender twice during the night. I always follow a session with bed fowfers. They keep my flaccid partially stretched for an additional hour or so. It’s nice to greet my wife in the morning with a 3.5 - 4” flaccid instead of my usual 2” turtled flaccid. I also use bed fowfers to warm up before mounting my extender at night. In addition, I like to think that the cell repair process is more productive if I am not turtled

Coldness may occur if you are squeezing your legs too tight and you are cutting off some of the circulation. Try loosening your “grip”.

I guess I’ll give it a try, though I can’t control my grip while I’m asleep, now can I? :) I guess I’ll have to set the alarm and check things up until I get more “acquainted” with this exercise.

Do a lazy bed fowfer. Pull it behind and lay on your back. There will not be the tension required for really good gains, but it will be in a good enough flaccid stretch it can’t do anything but help. I have a hell of a time sleeping on my back, so I do it time to time when i’m laying in bed waiting to get sleepy. I must say it still provides a nice flaccid hang afterward which means it has to be doing something good.

Thanks for links Ike. I do something similar to what you describe, but I don’t use my hands at all once my penis is tucked between my thighs.

I lie on my side and put a pillow between my legs to prevent my legs from cutting off circulation. I’ve fallen asleep like this before.

Why can you use an extender at night but not a pump ? Is it because of the higher blood pressure ?

It is not recommended to use an extender at night. I do it only because I do not have much time during the day. I am not a heavy sleeper and always wake up when it begins to feel uncomfortable. Also, I am older and wake up any way every hour or so during the night to pee. When I first started I used an alarm clock as a back up, but never needed it.

Caution, this is a dangerous procedure, do not try this at home without supervision. LOL

Has anyone been able to create a version of the fowfer or BTC that works for us belly-sleepers? I’ve been trying to find a position that gives both a nice stretch and doesn’t crush my balls.

I quite often carefully roll over on my stomach while keeping my dick between my legs. I do it carefully and loosen my grip somewhat to let my unit make some necessary adjustments while slooowwwly turning. Keeping it lightly lubed helps. It takes some practice but you will get the hang of it. Also, by loosening your grip you will loose some of the stretch, but it still prevents turteling.

Ahaha who the hell would even consider using a pump at night. God that imagine is ridiculous. Snoring away with your dick expanded up to the size of the tube for 8 hours? How insane.

I’m not sure if I know how to do bed fowfers as they are typically understood, but I have developed my own variation. When I’m laying on my back in bed, I reach behind, grab my dick, and pull it toward my ass. I alternate hands doing it three times to the left for 60 seconds each and three times to the right for 60 seconds each. I find that my grip is particularly good if I have just taken a shower. I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement in flaccid hang with this method. I am slowly introducing some ulis as well and it is making my flaccid even better.

I’m going to try this tonight; the dick-tucked-between-legs-in-ass-while-on-belly technique.
