Hey guys,long time since i’ve posted but i’m kinda dumbfounded on something.I’ve read that some people think you shouldnt jelq while erect ,and some think it’s perfectly fine to do so.I’ve thought about jelqing while erect,but i didnt want to do that until i got a definite answer.I figure if i watch what i’m doing and don’t overdo it then i should be okay,anyone agree or no? Thanks.

Makes sense to me, but the injury rate will be much higher even if you’re careful.

I tried it some long time ago and found that while erect a) you can put enough pressure on it and b) you won’t be able to increase bloodflow and intensity since you’re already starting out at your maximum erection level. You want to build it up, not stagnate.

That makes a lot of sense.I figured i would ask cause i’ve read about people doing jelqing while erect and getting results,but maybe it could be something else that is helping them get those gains.
