Been PEing 3 Years+, Gonna Try First Decon

I’ve been a member of Thunders & PEing for 3+ years. Overall I am happy with my gains. I’ve gained.625” in bpel, .375” in mseg, & .75” in beg. Also flaccid, much bigger.

Problem is I haven’t gained anything in over a year. I think I have the world’s toughest dick. I’ve been consistent & persistent in my pursuit for gains. My routine has been pumping, clamping, some manual stretching & jelqing, when possible.

So, I searched on Thunders about decon breaks. Some people actually claim they gain while on decon. I’ve always been scared to go on decon, because I don’t want to lose my hard earned gains. From what I’ve read most people seem to retain their gains. I really don’t want to stop, but I’ve been working so hard & not gaining anything, I don’t think I have a choice.

So, I’m gonna decon for 2 months. It will be very hard for me. I’m addicted to PE. I will still check in on Thunders at least once a day.

I know when I start back up to start slow & easy.

A question I have is, when I start can I include some light pumping & short term clamping?

It’s your de-conditioning break so you can define what’s allowed or what’s not.

By definition, you’d abstain from all forms of PE.

So, if in your mind you feel that the short pump and light clamping is a huge step back from what you’ve been doing…(fill in the blank)

I would say when coming back from decon, start with basic stretching, jelqing and maybe a little light pumping for the first week. Then you’d probably be ok to use the clamp again. Just Take it easy for the first couple weeks. Usually after a long break it takes me 2-3 weeks to get back to a full routine
