beginning pe
hey guys
would like to share my pe experience and would appreciate some advice:
began using the PJ device on Jan 19/03
typical routine: 10 minute warmup with a microwave heat pad
2 minutes stretching, 15 minutes pj, 2 minutes manual jelq,
wear steel cock ring during to maintain 80 to 90% erection
10 minute cooldown with heat pad
I do this early am before gym and work about 5 days on and 1 off
supplements: 1 gram argenine at night, 2 caps ginko biloba and liquid yohimbe prior to pj session. I also maintain a high protein diet but have been drinking more than I should at night after work, ( 2 or 3 vodka martinis)
Work out with weights 4 days per week. I’m 55 and always have kept in shape but have lost strength lately for various reasons.
I started using a stretch extender purchased from Newart on line for $89.95 plus shipping. It’s a little awkward but I can wear it under my pants at work with very little distraction. I have been wearing it for 1 hour in the late afternoons each day with a moderate stretch.
I am hoping that it will result in some increase in length.
My stats are 6” ebp, 5.5” dia at head. Goal: 7”ebp, 6” girth.
So far I have not added any length and I am a little concerned if this is really going to work.
Sometimes the pe routine is a little stressful but I do like having a more muscular, fatter and better feeling dick. My sex life hasn’t been very good recently but this is helping to improve my sexual energy. I only have sex with my wife and she does not care about my size. I am doing this for myself. However I do enjoy going to the nude beach and look forward to showing off a little bigger package this year. I am sure that women notice and admire a bigger than average dick. I am not sure how important it is but I like the idea of showing off a good body and equipment.
There are so many things to learn about PE and I appreciate this site and look forward to hearing from someone with support and advice
