Beginning PE
I’ve done a little off and on with PE but nothing solid whatsoever. Finally going to stick with it. My current routine is as follows:
I do 16 different stretches for 30 seconds 3 times in a row.
Basically every angle that is an hour on a clock. Then behind the buttocks, left and right of the cheeks and outward.
Then I do 300 jelqs that last 3 seconds a piece.
I do warm up before and after.
My current measurements are BPEL: 5.25 EG: 4.5
What does TP think of this? I’m a little worried I might be doing too much at once.
