Being should of my LOT

I just wanted to make sure. My LOT is 8.30. So does this mean I should focus my attention on my ligs or what exactly.

Right. Your ligs aren’t your friends anymore. Stretch them, beat them, make them cry for mercy and just say “no - not until you guys stretch in order to have my LOT at 6 or 7 o’clock”.
