Best ADS

What are your opinions on ADS? Which ADS is the best for you and why?

I am looking for length! I don’t think I’ve gained in the past 6 months with the routine I had. Been using Bird2’s routine and took a month off due to major red spottage. I am going to start back up. I have had some girth gains recently from wrapping alone, which surprised me.

I was thinking about trying hanging in addition with ADS, but I don’t really want to shell out major money or have crazy PE gear lying around my room.

What are yalls advice?

Really, Thanks for the help guys. I don’t have an answer for you since I don’t ADS. My routine lasts a little over an hour, the rest of the day and night is for resting the o’le wangger dangger. Your goal is where I am at.

Monkeybar’s vacuum hanger works well as a hanger and it can also be used as an ADS. I have been using it for both of these for the past month and it works great, very comfortable. This way you can avoid having to buy a hanger and ADS separately, it might save you some money too. Used as an ADS it is not as stealthy as some other ADS devices, but as long as your pants are slightly baggy it shouldn’t be noticeable. It really comes down to personal preference. From what I have read, letting the penis recover in an extended state using an ADS after hanging further promotes length gains. I’m sure some more experienced members could elaborate more on this.

Monty’s PE Weights are also good for an ads, I find them alot more comfortable than having a vacuum on.

I have Monty’s PE Weights and I have Golf Swing Waights. I like both of them but I wear the golf Swing Weights the most and even mix them both together

I use 3 scuincis as ADS. When you go limp, scuncis retrat with your penis so you will need more than 2 retratcted scuncis to get a decent extension.
