best exercises for length

Hi all!

this is roughly my second week of PE, I’ve been reading these forums for quite a while and I’ve finally made the decision to be committed to a routine. I built the Captain’s Wench (THANK YOU CAPTAIN!), which I love and have been hanging, started with 5 lbs, hung with 8 lbs a few times. I did the LOT theory test and I had trouble determining an exact estimate because it stops somewhere between 9 and 6, but I have trouble distinguishing between say 8 and 7. should I hold a clock next to it or something? probably not a bad idea…what do you folks use? I see people estimating 7:30 and that’s difficult for me to claim precision at that level

So now that I’ve gotten a feel for the idea that PE works, tried the techniques, and gotten comfortable with it all, me and the girlfriend finally had the talk, went through the usual “you’re plenty big already baby”, “why would you want to do that it’s gonna hurt you”,”I love you for you, no matter if you were 2 inches long”

So we decided that I should gain an inch in length. She says my girth is fine, she wants to be able to still receive it in the rear without pain so girth gains would not be in either of our interest. I’m 7.75 now, gained a quarter inch in these past 2-3 weeks of PE which she noticed :-D and 6 in girth at the base. My goal is to get to 9, and no girth gains.

I’ve been reading and searching this site a ton, love you guys, best supportive environment in a forum I’ve been in. So I’ve noticed jelqing with little erection is best for legnth gains, erect for girth. I also assumed hanging is good for length gains as well. however I’ve heard of the majority of peopel making gains from jelqing. I fear jelqing will give me too much girth, but this is a price I’d be willing to pay if it’s what will get me the length.

Sorry for all the rambling but here is my question, for the Cliff notes version:

What exercises, specifically are IDEAL for length gains? I know jelqing non-erect, hanging, pumping, and stretching will all get me there, but which will get me there most efficiently?

I truly appreciate any feedback you all can give me!

From what I’ve read, hanging will probably give you the best results in gaining length.
It’s your second week in PE and you start with hanging?
I only do manual exercises for now and they work great for me. My goal is to gain length
first, so I concentrate on stretching primarily. Doing some jelqs for blood flow and length
with a low erection level.
Jelqing seems to be a good exercise for the overall health of your member, so not bad
to do them, too. Since I made some gains with manual, I don’t start with hanging yet.
But I probably will in 1 month :D
I would say, when you’re going for length, hanging is the right way.
Manual exercise are also worth the try in my opinion!

Maybe someone experienced can give you better advices in your hanging routine.
Your LOT is quite low, so hanging OTS (over the shoulder) or SO (straight out)
could be good for you. But maybe I am talking bullsh** ;)
Wait until a true hanger will give you more detailed answers.

I know it is recommended to begin with manual exercises but I am eager and gungho about this as I’ve been reading about PE for a long time. I’ve read that hanging is not so dangerous as long as you dont go nuts because with hanging you know exactly how much weight you’re putting on your unit whereas manually stretching theres less consistency and you don’t really know how much you’re really stressing it. also I found it difficult to stretch it behind my cheek manually, whereas hanging it was a cinch. Althoguh my LOT was not a definitive thing, I am pretty sure I am above 7, therefore I will benefit from ligament stretches and the BTC method if I am correct.

Jelqing feels good, gets my member pumped more so than hanging, but I feel as though I’m making girth increase rather than length. Perhaps I’m too hard. I have trouble quantifying a 50% erection, and furthermore keeping it at that level. :)

Ahh, see this is what I was looking for :) I may be in error, a straight out or over the shoulder hang might be good for me. I just wish I could better estimate my LOT. I’ll have to research hanging over the shoulder, haven’t read up on the mechanics of that.

I would strongly suggest you begin with manual stretching and jelqing. You may even find that these two exercises alone will lead you to your goals. By beginning with these you will toughen up your unit and begin to gain a feeling for how much abuse it will take. A beginner’s anxiousness to gain can be a dangerous force. Begin slowly. You’re already have an enviable tool. Don’t break it. I hang myself, and am not trying to discourage you or others from hanging, but I think you could work your way up to it first.

I’ve been pretty comfortable with hanging, and thus far my sex life has only been better, so it seems I have no injured myself. However do you think that starting with manual is more ideal for long term gains? if this is the case then I’d surely switch to manual…I guess I just assumed hanging was a stronger PE method to manual, granted that it’s not something you should just slap weights on your unit and go to town without experience (like I did I guess.)

No problem combining hanging and jelqing. I often end my hang sessions with girth oriented jelqing/other manual exercises for midshaft-glans. If I wanted the length but no extra girth with it, I would do swift (1-2 sec) wet jelqs at moderate erection levels to round out the hanging sessions.

All of my 1/4” length gains have been realized in just the three weeks I’ve been hanging. I still jelq (3+ months now) but I’m positive that the stretched ligs account for most if not all of this 1/4”.
My LOT is below 8:30 and I hang low weights SD/BTC.
