Best exercises with Penimaster

I just wanted to know what the situation is, are people here using the Penimasters without any exercises at all. Or are people using particular exercises to spped up the enlargement process? and if so which ones are the best to try.

I stopped other PE when I started with the PM so I could determine if it worked for me. If I mixed it with other forms of PE, I wouldn’t know if the PM was responsible for any gain or not. I decided to commit to six months with the PM exclusively and then decide what to do after that. On the first of next month, it will have been 4 months and the first time to measure progress. I’m hoping for a quarter inch as a minimum, but so far I’m not expecting much even though I have far exceeded PM’s recommended daily wearing time.

I believe others here have approached it differently. Hopefully they will speak up.

Well, as soon as I get mine I’m going to do just PM. I’m hoping the instructions will be very thorough! I will take measurements and from what I have read I am expecting gains of about 1/4 per month. I am not looking to get huge. I’m 4.75 erect now. Am only looking for 6-6.5 but want it to be permanent. I plan to PE for one year consistently. Then see what happens from there.

I still pump about 2 nights a week and throw in about 5 minutes of jelking every other day.

I wear my PM about 20-30 hrs a week.

My cock has a much fuller feeling, it’s more “meaty” now. And my flaccid has grown quite a bit too. I am shooting to break through 8” by April.

My flaccid hang has improved tremendously, which was my original goal. Odd enough, I think I’ve gained some girth. I am not going to measure until the beginning of April.

@ Vater and magnum, how long have you been using your PM’s ?

About a month for me, I think Vater has been using his a week or so longer.

God, I those exercises must be helping with your gains alot…I’ve been wearing mine for around 40 hours a week since mid-Janunary, I haven’t measured but I can’t see much of a difference.

Do you keep your dick in tension? I keep mine with only 2 bars showing on the spring. I have quite a pull going on when I wear it.

No, that’s probably why. the instructions said that you should start on 5 bars and then gradually increase the tension. Anything less than 4 bars my scrotum starts to hurt.

LOL! I didn’t get any instructions with mine, so I just chose the 2 bars because it was one hell of a tug.

So you may want to follow them so you don’t hurt yourself.

I didn’t get my gains with the Penismaster. I’m using the Penismaster just for flaccid hang. Like I said, it has increased my erect length and girth on accident.

If you want good length gains with it, use 2 bars or less. Some days I use no bars! Hahaha! That is the two longest bars, and extended practically all the way with the screws at the bottom, or all three bars.

I’m thinking of buying one but I wonder if it gives the instructions in detail on how much tension should be used and for how long and then when you should increase tension. Does anyone know how details are and are they really usefull? I have the max-xtender now but no real instructions. Thank you for any replies.
