Bib Hanger breaks my plateau

Bib Hanger breaks my plateau, after 9 months of almost no length gains!!! I’m getting gains again thanks to the bib.:D

How many hours do you hang each day and how long did it take for you to notice the gains?

About 10 hours a week was the key for me, sometimes more or less but with hanging the more you hang the faster you gain. I found if I break it up I can get two 20 min sets in the morning before work and than maybe three at night and on days when I have the time I can really stack on the hours. Like last night I was off from work and I was playing a computer game before I knew it I had hung for 3 hours with breaks every 20 min.

I don’t measure often so it took about a month but I though I was bigger and I was.

Congrats Dino! I’m a true believer of the power in hanging. I just have yet to develope a good wrapping method to prevent from the hanger sliding towards my glands.

I use two sheets of the theraband and it works great for me I take the sheets about 8x10 and put them together and fold them and than wrap them around with the open side up. Kind of hard to explain but it works well for me.

The bib got you rolling again also you made some great gains with it and motivated me to hang longer hours, I’m going for 9 BP I have .5 to go. But than I’m done and I will be semi retired dino just doing maintenance. I know you won’t stop until your the biggest man on campus. I’m looking forward to channeling my pe energy into something new with all the time into PE I could have had a law degree by now.

Cool man, glad I could provide some sort of inspiration. I wish I could have kept with the hanging schedule I had. I’m not discouraged though. I’ll get where I want to be.

Yeah still you were an inspiration because I know your a hard gainer and I knew if you were getting the gains with the bib I hoped I also could mirror your results or get close to them. I just couldn’t buy a length gain for the longest time without the bib and within a month of hanging I was getting gains.

Ummm. It has always been up. The order page was put back up a couple weeks ago. What exactly do you mean?

The link at the bottom of this page has never been taken down since Bib started producing the hangers. Even when he shuts down, the full site (less ordering functions) has been available for the guys that already have hangers.
