Bikram PE

Bikram PE

Bikram Yoga - Wikipedia

"Bikram Yoga is ideally practiced in a room heated to 105°F (40.5°C) with a humidity of 40%. "

Do you think this could be applied to PE? Can we get the kind of heat effect in a sauna that we get with a rice sock or damp cloth?

Man, that’s a lot of technology to accomplish (room heated to 105 F and at 40 percent humidity?) How many of us can make that happen? I’d stick with the local rice sock or cloth. Good results and you don’t have to build a bio-chamber. :)

Sometimes I jelq when taking a warm bath in the hot tub. Underwater jelqing, constant heat, works good. Humidity? Hell, it’s 100% water.

I think he’s more saying that if those conditions work really well with yoga, perhaps we can replicate it in a smaller-scale.

But water(liquid) isn’t water vapor(gas). Not exactly sure what that means in terms of science but vaporizing my dick and cooking it provide two noticeably different results.

Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.

I guess the difference is the water vapor can reach higher temperatures than just water, but do we need that much temperature?

I think I agree that it can reach higher temperatures, but water vapor is more often than not cooler than the surfaces around them, otherwise condensation would happen to everything rather than just your ice cold iced tea.

I would say the primary difference between water and humidity is that one is a liquid and another is gas (well, multiple) and our skin most likely has a different way of reacting to that.

A thought of PE application that comes to my mind is that a gas is thinner, so theoretically a gas would be able to pass through our porus skin more effectively than water. If the vapor is hotter than us, it will condense into a solid (water). Thus, in order for deeper penetration of heat, it would be more effective to apply 40ºC water vapor than 40ºC water. If that’s true is another story. Unfortunately, I’m just not that knowledgeable in this.

I think the reason why I’m trying to think of this is because when I was experimenting with heat sources for PE a while back I found steaming my dick to be more effective than hot water submersion for heat absorption. It’s really not as practical though, which is another important factor when thinking about heat sources for PE.

We could also put stuff in the water that’s good for PE. Can you vaporize vitamin E and stuff like that?
