blasters

Hello guys,
I hope all are doing fine. I had one question. Is it really necessary to include blasters in our routine? If we do include how much should we do? Can we obtains gains without blasters.

No. They seem to help some and do nothing for others. Build your routine around elements that work for you.

Agreeing with and adding to memento’s post, everyone of us seems to be somewhat unique (that’s unique not eunuch lol) in that different exercises seem to effect each of us differently, which is why we are lucky to have so many different exercises here to choose from.

Try an exercise or combination of them for a month or two and if you’re not getting results look up some other ones and change things around a bit.

And as a reminder, it looks like Sunshinekid did you a favor and edited your post for you, but please remember to capitalize the first letter in a sentence as well as the letter “I” when referring to yourself. It really helps when people use proper sentence structure and spelling. (though no one is perfect, especially me)

To help us, there is a spell check button at the bottom of every page, I’m going there right now.

In answer to your question, everyone is allowed to put lol, exept you, who must put “laughing out loud”.
