BPEL less then BPFSL

BPEL less then BPFSL

I had never measured my bone pressed flaccid stretch length and ive heard so much about it. My BPEL is 6.8-7 my BPFSL was only 6.5. I always heard that the stretched length is normally more but i knew that wouldnt be the case for me. I am definitely a grower if that has anything to do with it. I bet this means i dont have much potential for gaining length. Over a year of PE and I’ve only seen slight girth gains and increased flaccid size. If someone could let me know what this means if anything I’d appreciate it.

Maybe I should measure again just to make sure.

Maybe you can try reducing the amount of time spent on each exercise for a while. Let your unit recover with less intensity. Sometimes that helps it grow from what i’ve read.

3/02/2019 - BPEL 6.5", MSEG 5.5"

BPEL 6.5” to 9.0" 8% Progress 6.7”

MSEG 5.5” to 6.5" 19.7% Progress 5.71”

Well i dont know if I’ve been overtraining. I think my flaccid stretch has always been shorter then my erect length.

Hey! No worries my BPEL is also longer than BPFSL. Like half inch longer.

Maybe give this topic a read : Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory

Start: 8 BPEL- 7.5 NBPEL - 5.5 midEG

Current: 8.6 BPEL - 8 NBPEL - 5.8 midEG

I wish You all kinds of gains!

Hey MrJacobo,

Did you get your gains by trying the TGC theory?

BPEL 6.5” to 9.0" 8% Progress 6.7”

MSEG 5.5” to 6.5" 19.7% Progress 5.71”

I think it just means your tissue is more flexible and has more potential for length gains. My BPFSL is 9.65” now.

Start: 17 Feb 2012, 8.25bpel x 4.92mseg; bpfsl=??; fl=6.5x4.5

Current: 29 April 2013, 8.875bpel x 5.8mseg; bpfsl=9.25; fl=7x5

Goal: 9NBP x 6.25mseg and the best EQ ever!

Dude that’s a massive bpfsl. Do you have bad EQ with that amount of difference compared to bpel?

Interesting discussion. BPFSL (which I originally called the “dead stretch”) was simply meant as a way to “measure” erect length without an erection. Fascinating for me to think it could be shorter than erect length.

Yes I did all my gains were in first 4 months of PE using modified newbie routine 40% length exercises 60% girth since i’m going for girth.
Now I’m back at PE with pumping and jelqing for girth. Currently 2 months in, will measure in a month.

I’m sure that if I would streth the sh*t out of my dong BPEL and BPFSL would at least be the same. But with a 8-10 kg stretch BPFSL is 0.5” shorter than BPEL.

If i had to put my rookie advice in I’d say that the TGC theory is spot on. I’ve been doing stretches only and I seem longer and thicker, along with morning wood like crazy.

Hey Gettinbig4me
I totally agree whit you, the TGC of REMEK & IGUANA seems to make a Lot of sense
This is a theoretical nearly scientific way of approaching the PE
And everybody should have this kind of things in mind, I’m gonna give it a try (for me I think that the tunica is the limiting)

Work out hard

Samsor.

Starting stats: BPEL: 19cm (7.4 ") EG: 12 cm (4.7 ")

Goal: 8 x 6

Working on my Girth!
