Do you think there are any disadvantages to breaking your routine up throughout the day? For instance if your routine was 20 minutes stretching and three sets of ten minute clamps, you did 5 minutes stretch/10 min clamp in the morning, 10min stretch/10 clamp afternoon, 5 and 10 night time. Or better to keep it all together?

I’ve been breaking up my routine throughout the day, but only because that is the only way I can get it in. That said, I’m having good gains and speculate that it may be closer to the practice of constant low tension over a long period of time than hitting it harder over a shorter period of time to maximize elongation or expansion. I do think that this requires at least a full day or two of rest and recovery (under ADS, if possible) per week, while you can probably do a single routine day in and day out for quite awhile.

Of course, I may be conveniently trying to fit the theory to my schedule, and not the other way around. ;)

When breaking up your routine works for you, proceed. There aren’t big disadvantages, only that you don’t have the stretched dick to work with, which will be better for girth workouts.
