I am not professional about PE. Just as a warning, and I will continue to express my concern with BTB Clamping and not doing it. From my knowledge BTB Clamp does not have an advantage over normal clamping. I am still healing a bit from my injury in April. I still have slight prickly feelings, and some aches in my testicle. Everything works, EQ is great.

But as a warning it took me 4-5 weeks just have proper EQ again. Clamping is great, take it slow don’t over do it. However my body is different from most guys. Even when working out at the gym, if I do longer than 45 minutes I don’t have great results.

The same is with PE. Please try not to do BTB unless you really need to.

Interesting, I’ll heed your advice.

Though, I do get noticeably more engorged erections when using a c-ring BTB for sex than wearing one only on the shaft. I think the reason for this is two fold: It’s tighter BTB because of the increased circumference, but also because it allows a larger section of my CS to become expanded.

My base has always been thinner.

Thanks for your post, I saw in another thread where you said this is your first major injury. Would you mind sharing exactly what happened? I am very interested in BTB clamping as I currently have a baseball shape and would like to change that.

My injury was the result of number of things. Heat, no rest days, clamping.

To make this a bit short, I had been applying a heating pad between each clamping set. I only did two sets, but combined with a heating pad and no rest days it was a recipe for disaster.

Heat allows for expansion in your tissues allowing more blood flow. I would stretch, aggressively. I looked online and found some guy on youtube that had stretches for advanced PEers. Needless to say I was doing them in combination with all the other exercises.

The heating pad I did have would expel a lot of heat. I’d put it on high, my dick would be much thicker after PE due to the amount of heat applied. Then one day I got the bright idea to clamp BTB, because I thought it would be much more strenuous on my penis.

What happened was not pretty, I clamped with no wrap. And would edge, my testicles got inflammed because I guess the clamp wouldn’t allow my any precum or sperm to pass through the tubes. On top of that back toward the Crus of the Penis, it was very sore where I applied the clamp with too much force.

It may not have been too bad but combined with the heat, everything got much larger than it should have. I was burning, because doing kegels while BTB put more force toward the base I am guessing. My orgasms were literally nonexistent as well.

Remember when they say PE can be overdone? It can. I was being stupid.

Or I had a very bad UTI. You pick? Haha

It took 3-5 weeks to heal. Now I am still healing but have amazing EQ.

Lool I am lucky that I have never had a STI/UTI even though all my sexual encounters have been raw. Had a scare once though. Would you consider BTB clamping in the future now that you have learned more about it? I take it you found the exercise effective.

No. It causes issues, I don’t like abdominal pain. Because of BTB my testicles would swell, the pain was like blue balls but worse.
