Building The Ultimate Length Routine: A Brainstorming Approach

I don’t think we should be trying to create routines, it sounds good on paper.

I think all people who have gained a lot should post thier routine in detail. That way anybody wanting lenght can just flip threw the pages and find what they need.

Hanging or stretching SO will mimic the erection length, so to speak, but will just put part of the force on the ventral side and part on the dorsal side.
So, we have another point we should find a consensus on: is it true or not that the most important part of the penis to lengthen for permanent gains is the dorsal one? Except in the case you have a downward curve, of course.

Ok , at 10 hours per week that would be reasonable. We should also discuss what the minimum of hanging time per day members should work up to. 1 hour and a half? Sunday is off? What do hangers think?

Honestly I have no clue , I don’t know if someone ever gained from switching to SO after a halt to gains from SD/BTC . Hopefully people who have hung both SO and SD chime in and share what differences they felt and noticed. I agree the cs is much more elastic but why the ccs wouldn’t need to be stretched from underneath and the sides too?

I was doing btc for about six months, but took a few months off because I had gotten too high in weight. I was hanging 15 pounds, I only gained a bit. Maybe it just better eq. A week and a half ago I read a thread about hanging less weight but longer sets, anyways I started pe again about a week and a half ago straight out. I’m doing about 3 hours day . I have my bib set up like an extender. I just measured bone pressed, I’m a little over 7. When I started I was a little over 6 1/2. I don’t know if it’s the change of angle or what but I’m keep it up to see what happens.

I do use the search bar, it’s rare to find useful threads.

I would say at least 1 hour per day and at least 1 day off per week, but we’ll hear what experienced hangers have to say. Hope they would backup theirs opinion with their persona experience, not the swallowed words of somebody.

The CS itself il like a sponge. The ‘skeleton’ of the penis is the tunica albuginea. Think like this: if you stretch your arm muscles, but the bones remain the same, you won’t have a longer arm. On the underside of the penis there isn’t tunica albuginea (this is not completely correct, but correct enough for our goals), so stretching SU is not efficient. Of course the dorsal side of tunica is stretched at some degree whatever the angle; but we are searching for the most productive things, and SU doesn’t look that productive. Again, people should chime in on this.

I was questioning whether SO is more or less relevant than SD/BTC. When doing SO we are sure to stretch the tunica in every possible way length wise (the sides of the ccs as the more ventral part), as you said with SD most of the force is on the dorsal part.

That’s just theoretical guess work though.

SO seems to give a very good internal pull, at least in my case, I can feel my dick being pulled out from my body. Seems to be very productive, but now I am at BTC + SD. BTC or SD gives me pain right at the conjunction penis + fundiform ligament.

I'm targetting length for now. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks!

Pain is never good tomray.

Not pain, just the area being under pleasant tension, but the question is:

I feel the dick being stretched or I feel the dick being pulled against the ligament and that’s causing pain there? I mean, am I making it longer or am I toughening the dick in that area to sustain more weight?

So, let’s write down these 4 routines. The simplest way would be: 1) manuals; 2) hanging; 3) extender? 4) pumping?
Do we all agree that jelqs should be part of all the routines?

Can we set up recruiting drives for each of the routines and appoint one of the experienced Thunder gurus to set and lead the program for each team? There are too many variations in place so it would be helpful if we sacrifice our own personal biases to work collectively off the same routine to establish what works best and what doesn’t. Each leader would establish an initial routine protocol for newbies, intermediate and advanced users and users could adjust their reps/times within some reasonable agreed parameters. The entire group and leader could then make adjustments to the routines periodically based on feedback and we can set up polls for measurements each month and track what is working. The hardest part will be any decon break that may be appropriate before a clean starting date. This would have been great to start at the beginning of anew year.

There seems to be a general consensus about jelqs and constant heat. This is already a good point. Can we all agree that wet or dry jelqs doesn’t make much of a difference? Just jelq, wet or dry is your choice.

I am ok with that.

I can probably help out with this.

I tried pretty much everything over the last few years except hanging and gained no length so now I’m trying it.

I’m 9 weeks into a routine, 1 hour a day, at least 6 days a week.

Using heat and some jelqs, will report how it goes.

I could help out with the strictly stretching part of this. I started a new routine of only manual stretching July 19th.

Five days a week I stretch for exactly ten minutes in 4 different directions in the shower under heat and I have been consistent so far. I am at exactly 7 inches erect right now and I don’t plan on measuring until I start to notice that I might have gained, so I don’t lose motivation.

Many replies. Keep them coming.

I think the idea of the experiment(s?) is fashinanting, but not really feaseble. We should have many people inolved.

I would say, let’s go ahead just searching for the points on which experienced PEers tend to agree, for now. The angle question is still open : do you believe is a must to work all the angles, or just one, or two?
