Ok, I will certainly remember that in case I ever get injured. Good thing you know better than me.

Why do you recommend ADS for Intermediate to advanced hangers? I thought it could be used from the beggining if done carefuly (monitoring for fluid buildup and numbness and such). Can it be counterproductive?

The reason I say intermediate is because (my personal opinion here) it’s important for a beginner to build up the endurance for greater weight and duration. At least in the beginning stages of hanging I think there is only so much stretching of the ligament that you can do, and the most productive stretching of the ligament is via hanging with weights. ADS is not comparable to the efficiency and impact of hanging; it’s a complement but cannot replace hanging.

So therefore I’d suggest a beginner concentrate on building up his capacity to hang. I think that daily rest plays a vital role in that and the ADS doesn’t allow a beginner to build it as quickly.

Again, all just my opinion and speculation. Others may find it to be different, and if so then they should state it.

I think you have a good point there. In the early stages of hanging you may not need the extra stress that an ADS provides - the ligs are usually much easier to fatigue. Later down the track it becomes more difficult and an ADS can help …. at least that has been my experience.

That sounds reasonable, specially for me couse Im new to PE… what about if I hang 1 or 2 sets, make some moves to restore circulation, apply heat and then let it cool with and ADS device on? It would be for maybe 10-15 minutes.

I respectfully disagree. The value of ADS is not lig and tunica stretching in and of itself. The real value of ADS is keeping things stretched out after hanging and thus prompting repair of the damaged tissues with stem cells (i.e. filling the micro-tears). I agree that ADS alone will not do much. But, after hanging, I believe it is a key to growth. Look at yourself LiL, you are one of the better gainers and you have employed this tactic a great deal. If you have stopped, I suggest that you go back to it.

I agree with you too (damn, I’m such an agreeable person today! Enjoy it while it lasts guys! :chuckle: )

ADS can do 2 things ….

Firstly, it helps keep your tissues stretched and micro tears open while healing takes place.

Secondly, it can maintain and improve on fatigue. Hanging first will give you a head start here, buy ADS alone can do it especially if worn for longer periods - 6-8 hours. Subtle things, like walking, react on the extended tissue and over time can create more micro-tears. Similarly, the constant tension, fighting against the body’s natural reaction to contract the penis as an aid to healing, will also create it’s own stresses. After a few hours of wearing an ADS your ligs and the body of the penis will very likely know about fatigue! It can get very challenging!

And BTW, I plan to finish off that last inch (or less now) very soon and ADS will be an integral part of that campaign.

Well, I guess we somehow drifted away from the original thread teme (Buster`s injury) but it has been most helpful.
Just finished making my own ADS device, similar to the enlargerstrap but easier to put on/remove. It is hard to get the right tension for it to not slip off, but I will be experimenting with it the next few days, although I guess Im not ready to wear it for extended periods yet. If asked to, I will post a picture of it.

ads question part 2

Sorry to rehijack the thread again, but………………..

I have all the ingrediants according to our Aussie ADS Guru himself. I can’t hang for about another week as my place is infested with bugs and needs even more repairs. So should I just use an ADs with no other PE? Since I have gew if any privacy now!

Would an ADS just worn to increase my flacis since I am really a bit short in my Bib Hanger to be a good Idea?

Also to get use to it an ADS since I can adjust any and all tension too?

I have maybe 10 minutes of hanging time in. Been busy and worse! What do you guy’s think?

Well, my injury has healed so it doesn’t matter…

I am just glad we’re able to have more discussion on another PE subject. The more of these we have, throwing around different angles of thought, the closer we come to isolating truthful PE techniques, guidelines, and so forth.

My injury has also healed, but I am restarting my PE routine slowly so as not to re-injure myself. Thanks for asking.
