Cable Clamps - What size ???

I have given up trying to find cable clamps in China, and decided to order some from the US. I was wondering what clamp size I should use ? I am about 14,5-15,5 cm around at the base (thats about 6 inches)

I suck at math. I dont know if I should choose the medium sized ones or the big ones…. Someone smart, plz help

Medium should work for any girth.

I’ve only been clamping for two weeks. I went to Walmart and got the 3 pack and use the large red one. My base is 5.5 inches but I use a layer of neoprene padding.

After reading about clamps from you folks, I understand the usage but is it practical? Practical in terms, of having sexual relations with someone and having this on the base of your penis?

Is it comfortable and does it prevent testes up-stream while pumping?

Clamping is an advanced exercise, it’s not something to use in conjunction with sex or any other kind of PE simultaneously, it’s not a cock ring. Clamping should be comfortable and enjoyable when performed correctly. As for ‘testes up-stream while pumping’…well you’ve lost me there..:confused:

I think he’s talking about pumping with the clamp on. This is not something you should do. DO NOT pump with the clamp on. It is very dangerous in my opinion.
