In the UK at B&Q they are in the electrical section. It makes sense that they will be in Walmart too, as they are designed for bundling electrical cables.

I’ve read something on these clamping forums about using some sort of straps or wraps. What specifically are these? You know, the ones you have to cut the magnets out of. What are they for originally, and are they a hardware store item, or an athletic dept. type deal? Any help will be much appreciated.
