I’ve had to smack my head so hard reading this thread.

Coffee is a mild vaso-constrictor at best.

Caffeine does not “dilute with water”. Caffeine masks your adenosine receptors to trick you into thinking you’re not tired. It doesn’t actually give you real energy, it just lies to you.

That being said.

I have no idea what kind of shape most of the guys on this forum are but if you’re like the average man, you’re probably carrying bodyfat, have less than an optimal cardiovascular system and maybe don’t get as much exercise as you believe you do.

I drink 3 cups of coffee a day, sometimes wayyyy more. My dick is fat and it grows and I’ve made successful gains continuously. My PE regimen is correct though as well as my physical exercise regimen. Most of you who are complaining about flaccid losses aren’t looking at the big picture. Are you even jelqing regularly?

I hang 2 hours a day, every single day. Every 7 days, I increase my weight 0.5lbs. I finish up with 500 jelqs. I have no problem with my coffee.

Your dick is not a muscle, it’s a balloon. There is no plateau, most of you just get bored of doing the exercises and slacked off.

If you are getting turtling it’s because you can’t just do PE every once in a while, you have to commit to doing it every single day. Doing PE every once in a while causes your dick to heal smaller. Like it’s been discussed thousands of times on this forum.

I’d stop worrying about the caffeine and look at the garbage you’re ingesting. Sugar tanks your testosterone levels. Significantly. Why don’t you cut that out and see what happens?
