i heard caffeine can make your flaccid smaller. is this permanent? I drink alot of tea, how will this affect me?

Caffeine is a blood vessel constrictor. It seems to me with my own experience that over 200mg per day seems to shrink my flaccid and erect girth a bit. This shrinkage is temporary though. But I would reconsider drinking an entire pot of coffee or a entire piture of tea. I now use decaf coffee and tea.

Non-caffeine flaccid length 6”

Exercise also shrinks your flaccid. And so does the steam room at the gym. This effect wares off.

Well yeah thats just because the blood is rushing to your muscles, as soon as the pump wears off, your flaccid comes back.

Yep, it is a temporary shrinkage.

Just drink a lot of water to negate effects of caffeine

Hey Kingpole,
Those are huge changes. Is the affect just for a few hours after the coffee, or for the whole day in which 200mg of coffee was drunk?

After reading a bit about caffeine and also reading this topic, I came to realize that I really need to STOP drinking myself. I mean Pepsi. ;)
I’d say that I drink about 1.5 to 2 liters of Pepsi every day. When I wake up, the first thing I do is drink some coke.
Perhaps I’m not really an addict, like I can’t live without it, but it does seem like I’ve made it a habit, and it’s a big habit.
I used to drink a lot of milk, and a glass or two of water, and only drink a glass of coke in the evening.

Anyways, I will have to quit drinking coke, because when measuring my unit, it seems like I lost size, especially length.
I used to take ginseng and guarana ampules, and still drank lots of coke. And I remember that the shrinkage was very noticeable then.

Does any of you guys have some tips or anything that could help me ‘forget’ about coke? I recently started chewing gum, but that was more to ease the stress.

:D . Whoa that’s a lot of Pepsi! I decided to give soda up awhile ago because I had a coach that wouldn’t let us drink any, and it kind of stuck. I will have a drink every once and awhile, and let me tell you, an ice cold coke is amazing after 2-3 months of nothing!

I don’t see any difference when I measure after taking caffeine personally.

There is a supplement called Reset AD that people use to kick stimulants like caffeine. I’ve used it and I really liked it.

I did an experiment:::

I live in Brazil, coffee here is like water, everywhere you can get some free coffee, its a cultural tradition to drink it. Im a student and teachers recommends it to concentrate, so for the last years i became addicted to coffee. Every morning i had to drink it, without coffee my day was fucking boring. January this year i had the felling to stop using this shit, im too anxious and i need to control it, caffeine is stimulant, is like gas to my anxiety disorder. So i stopped. The first two weeks was terrible, many headaches, insomnia and a dead penis. Yeah my dick never became 100% in those first weeks without coffee. So i stopped for 3 months, January till April. What i noticed after two weeks without coffee was a bigger flaccid and that my erections and girth was much bigger. I dont know how much was the difference but was very noticeable… My studies came back in May and i started to drink coffee again. In the period with coffee my dick got a little smaller and my girth decreased.

Now i stopped to use coffee again. Im 10 days without it and my erections and girth are better now, my flacid is bigger and im getting more random erections during the day. Im felling hornier… I want to cut everything that have caffeine like coffee, colas, chocolate (another addiction), tea… Caffeine is not good for overall health, if you want to improve concentration, just do yoga and meditation…

Thanks for letting me know, I didn’t even know that you could get stuff like that.
But I will try it on my own first, I think that if I can quit smoking and drinking on my own, I’m sure that I’ll be able to quit caffeine too, somehow.

Well now, this is just my perverted sense of logic speaking, without any scientific field research, but I would think that when caffeine is introduced to your stomach and it meets water it would dilute. I don’t think its effect would be as strong, so the more water you drink the more dilution that occurs, kind of like when you leave water in a glass or dish because the pesky food just won’t come off. It breaks it down, or on a much larger scale the Grand Canyon. Yeah I know it’s a little farfetched to be comparing the inner workings of ones stomach with erosion’s effect on the Grand Canyon but it just makes sense for me. A better example would be alcohol I guess, mixing water or chaser’s with alcohol (the more water, the more diluted it becomes, the less effect it has).

Anyhow, the best course of action would be not to drink the stuff at all but then again America runs on Dunkin.
