This is very cool because you have touched upon the very thing that motivated this bone pressed Uli in the first place.
Because I have done a considerable amount of hanging I have the classic “extra skin” look. It is not an uncut look but in both the flaccid and erect state the skin on my shaft is looser than it ever was before. Being new to X-Uli’s I was a little let down that I wasn’t seeing the muscled up look I expected when engorged beyond normal capacity - so, one set I did as described above, pushed the MultiClamp in toward the pubic bone. Not only did I have the skin to accommodate this, I immediately saw what I wanted along the rest of my shaft: Rippling veins and bulging tunica.
I’m probably not the first to do this - I’m sure any number of people use Bib’s Uli Thing like this - but as I said, because of the very thin width of the clamp and the soft under-wrap more of my shaft, including inner shaft, is experiencing above normal expansion. I can get the clamp and wrap butted right up against the pubic bone - just like doing a bone-pressed measurement.
I can’t speak to whether or not this exercise will lead to increased skin on the shaft - though your idea sounds logical: If the tunica within is stretching, so too must be the skin surrounding it. If you were to then push the clamp in toward the pubic bone you would be placing even greater stress on the skin of your shaft and ultimately getting skin-stretch in reverse of how it is normally achieved.
But I am coming to this already having extra skin, so this might only be tested and answered by someone with tight beginner’s skin.
