Can anyone explain the LOT theorie in Dutch

I tried to understand the LOT theorie but I just do not. I have read allot about it, but my English is just not that good.
Is there someone who can explain the theorie in Dutch to me?

The Lot Theory is nice, but it is not the most important thing to PE and making gains.

If you are new to PE, the most important thing is understanding the basic Newbie exercises of manual stretch and jelq and then getting in there and performing the Newbie routine the proper way and conditioning your cock for what lies ahead. Once you have mastered the basics and you cock is physically fit and ready for more, you can establish your goals and set up a routine to accomplish them.

I have made substantial gains and really don’t care about the Lot Theory.

I speak dutch but I’m not sure I could explain the LOT theory tho.

I’ve seen other dutch people on the site tho, you could maybe PM them. I think Piet would be a good one.

Ik zal het uit proberen te leggen.

1) kijk op lot_clock.jpg
2) zorg voor een slappe lul
3) pak je eikel beet
4) trek aan je lul richting 12:00 (omhoog dus)
5) kegel (=PC spier) en kijk wat er met de eikel gebeurd (waarschijnlijk zie je eikel iets terugtrekken)
6) trek aan je lul richting 11:00
7) kegel en kijk wat er met de eikel gebeurd (waarschijnlijk zie je eikel iets terugtrekken)

10) ga net zo lang door totdat je het punt hebt gevonden dat de eikel (ZICHTBAAR) niet meer terugtrekt. Dat is je LOT

Volgens de LOT theorie geldt:
-lage LOT ——>hangen of stretchen met een hoge hoek (10:00 / 11:00 of 12:00)
-hoge LOT ——>hangen of stretchen met een lage hoek (06:00 / 07:00 of 08:00)

Verder schijnt het zo te zijn dat als je een hoge LOT hebt, je geluk hebt. Dit omdat je snelle resulaten kunt boeken in vergelijking met lage LOTers
