I know jelqing at different % erection is good for girth, but can jelq alone increase length, and exactly how much?

It is possible, yes. Might take some time though. Add some stretches to speed things up.

I think that you can increase length by jelqing alone, but definately not as much as if you combine it with a routine. Alot of us will tell you, hanging is still considered the best for length, and jelqing is primarily for girth.

I’ve gained some length with jelqing, but like the other guy said, you should also do some stretching.

My first 1/2” was all jelqing. I gained that in about 2 months, but continued jelqing exclusively for another 6 months with no gains before giving up on it. (my hands were worn out by then). I came back after a few months rest and gained another 1/2” using a manual stretching routine over a few months time.

So would it be fair to say you should spend time focusing on one at a time?

Or just start off with the newbie routine anyway?

I think it is fair to say that the Newbie Routine is tried and tested. Also, don’t forget that often less is more.

Not only do I second this, but I firmly stand by this. I have been a member here at Thunders since January, although I have been PEing for quite some time. I have found that the newbie routine is in my opinion the best set of exercises here. Not only does it condition your dick and keep it that way, but you don’t spend a lot of time with the exercises. Infact, you can do these twice a day (morning/evening). You also don’t over exercise which is a big problem for many around here who want to achieve the over night bean stalk. Once conditioned, you can start the more advanced exercises. Like I said, I have been a member here since January and I am still using the newbie routine and have added clamping to the mix. My belief is that the newbie routine also gives your dick a chance to rest.

^ Well other than the fact that I probably need “help” with my semi-fixation on getting/having a big dick, I also don’t wanna do damage to my member.

So I’d probably stay away from clamping just because I’ve experience injuries in the past, and don’t care to repeat them.

I guess I’ll just start with the newbie routine, and see where it takes me from there. Although ideally I’d really just like to add a little bit of length and alot of girth, that’s why I started this thread, because I’ll probably end up focusing more on jelqing in the end.
