first, im cut, and what i meant by having too much skin was that when i try to stretch i grab with a palms down ok grip behind the glans and pull but i end up mostly stretching the skin instead of the penis (the skin pulls over the head), i always felt like this might be doing more harm than good and plus the actual penis didnt seem to be getting the focus of the stretch (holding the skin back seemed like too much resistance, not seeming to stretch penis again as well). ive tried manual to dld blasters and i always have the same problem, so ive kind of given up on stretching. i think i maybe got the extra skin when i first began jelqing and trying stretches, but i think ive always been that way, im not sure. i didnt say this before but my penis is considerably crooked to the left (right cavernosum is naturally longer than the other, born that way) so when i jelq downward with a palms down ok grip i can really only comfortably use my left hand, which is okay but im just letting u know, but jelqing downward sounds good. any more exercises and info you guys can give me will be greatly appreciated.
plus when it comes to jelqing and my other workouts scheduling the length of my workouts with proper healing time is very important to me. ive been set on doing 10 minutes a day 3 days a week (like other exercise the more you break down tissue the longer you have wait to break it down again in order for it to heal and improve) any opinions and insights on this are also welcome.
