Hey guys.

I’ve been away for a short while and am just getting back into things again. Since I started again I have taken up stretching a bit just to learn and see how I do. I bought an extender a few months ago but it didn’t really work like I thought it would… it might even be defect, I don’t know honestly, it just doesn’t do what the instructions say it should. Anyway, my very casual, “do it when I’m by the computer routine” is as follows:

- 15 minutes rice sock
- Manual stretching for 20-25 minutes, sometimes more, all depends on if I can stay flaccid the whole time. Trying to get in quality stretches. Ending with V-stretches. I was told that I might have to do V-stretches because my previous routine was very girth based so they might help with that in a way.
- 40-60min jelq, usually while I sit and watch a tv series or something. Between 40-85% erection, using porn to get blood back into it. This should in theory result in around 800 jelqs. Is that too much? I don’t feel any discomfort or fatigue in a bad way. Still too much or can I continue?
- Warm-down with rice sock and maybe a rubber cock ring. Otherwise I might just hold the base with my thumb and index finger in an O-shape around the base acting like a ring. Don’t know if that does anything, but hey.

Yesterday I did add 10min x2 of clamping aswell with jelqs inbetween. Do you guys think that would harm the potential length gains? If that’s the case I wont do them, but I would really like to do them.

Please feel free to add any tips, would really appreciate some veteran advice on this!

Anyway. I will probably keep doing this routine for a few to see how it feels. I don’t want to hinder gains on either end so that’s why I started this thread. The possibility of hindering any gains would be a complete waste of time if that is actually the case with this routine. Do you think I should only focus on stretches and jelqs for now and leave the clamping for now? Maybe pick it up in a month or two?

It doesn’t seem to casual to me. It can be a great routine though.

It does seem like a bit much to me. Are you sure you are appropriately conditioned for a routine like that? Especially for the clamping part.

I think I am. I’ve been doing PE for almost 10 years on and off. Started again last year and have just taken a break now and again from a lymph vessel if I remember correctly. It is under control now so I’m ready to start again. You can see my previous routine in my quote below. So by me saying casual, I actually feel like I mean casual. I only do the jelqs now and I don’t really feel any large amounts of stress or negative PI’s. Someone mentioned that V-stretches could help with the length gains due to me probably having done so much girth exercises that it probably was getting hard to get any length gains. I am therefore “starting over” with only doing jelqs and then adding stretches which I didn’t do before.

Honestly, I don’t really feel the “burn” afterwards. I don’t really have any negative PI’s so that’s good. Just wish I would feel a bit more sore when doing the jelqs since I do so many. I do them while sitting down though, hopefully that wont make much of a difference. I don’t think so but I don’t know..

Could someone move my thread to the progress report area? Accidentally put it in the wrong forum.

I bought an IR lamp the other day which I haven’t tested out yet. After I received it I got the thought of “what if it will hurt my testicles… I don’t want to be sterile because of a lamp…”. You guys think that could happen if not careful? For those of you that have IR lamps, how long do you tend to use it during warmup and down? Or do you use it the entire session, even during jelqs and so on? Appreciate the input.
