Casual routine after break
Hey guys.
I’ve been away for a short while and am just getting back into things again. Since I started again I have taken up stretching a bit just to learn and see how I do. I bought an extender a few months ago but it didn’t really work like I thought it would… it might even be defect, I don’t know honestly, it just doesn’t do what the instructions say it should. Anyway, my very casual, “do it when I’m by the computer routine” is as follows:
- 15 minutes rice sock
- Manual stretching for 20-25 minutes, sometimes more, all depends on if I can stay flaccid the whole time. Trying to get in quality stretches. Ending with V-stretches. I was told that I might have to do V-stretches because my previous routine was very girth based so they might help with that in a way.
- 40-60min jelq, usually while I sit and watch a tv series or something. Between 40-85% erection, using porn to get blood back into it. This should in theory result in around 800 jelqs. Is that too much? I don’t feel any discomfort or fatigue in a bad way. Still too much or can I continue?
- Warm-down with rice sock and maybe a rubber cock ring. Otherwise I might just hold the base with my thumb and index finger in an O-shape around the base acting like a ring. Don’t know if that does anything, but hey.
Yesterday I did add 10min x2 of clamping aswell with jelqs inbetween. Do you guys think that would harm the potential length gains? If that’s the case I wont do them, but I would really like to do them.
Please feel free to add any tips, would really appreciate some veteran advice on this!
