Circumcised guys have larger FLACCID glans

I think there is no doubt about it. Erect, there is little difference - except cut guys have the more prominent coronal ridge.

But flaccid. Judging by all the guys I have ever seen showering after sports, and by all the pics on the net - uncut guys tend to taper down towards the glans. Pulled back, there is little coronal ridge development, glans are moist and usually a bit smaller to noticeably smaller than the shaft.

Cut guys when flaccid tend to have fairly large and prominent glans, and I think it is more than an illusion. Maybe its because the glans can develop more without being restricted by the skin? Maybe it’s because they keratanise, develop a few layers of extra skin and therefore thicken. What do you think?

This isn’t exactly something on which there is reliable data. If there is, then post it. Otherwise, I suspect this thread will degenerate into a pissing match over unsubstantiated anecdotal observations which are unfortunately subject to a host of attendant biases.

Agree, there is very little clinical data. I generally just wanted to hear other peoples anecdotal experiences and opinions. BTW I’m not trying to trun this into a cut/uncut debate at all. Just genuinely curious to what people think.

I would say that uncut guys look longer in the flaccid state.

The average amount of skin lost during circumcision is 15 square inches, or the size of an index card. Regardless of your size, a circumcised penis has the chance of losing a lot of that extra “bulk” skin, and making the glans LOOK like it is larger than the shaft which is stripped bare of the extra skin.

Hold your arm out and make a fist with a short sleeve shirt (or no shirt on, as long as your arms are not covered). Note how it looks.

Now put on a bulky sweater (non-elastic cuffs if you have one… or one that’s stretched out at the sleeves so it hangs over). Then throw on a winter coat as well, and undo any taper on the cuffs so the sleeves just hang loose. Now make a fist. It should look smaller in comparison.

I’ve gained .5” in circumference just from stretching out my shaft skin so it looks like a bulky sleeve. It is not covering the glans, but it fills in the space nicely. Also if I pull the skin back with great tension, the glans looks a lot bigger, but my shaft looks a lot smaller. That’s just my take on it anyway.

I am uncut and for the last 15 years I’ve been keeping my forskin retracted at all times. It took a while to train it, but once I got it to stay like that regular my glans started to slowly get bigger over time. Since I started gaining length from PE the amount of forskin I have while erect has decreased and become tighter (almost looking cut at times). My glans hasn’t decreased in size and has remains enlarged to this date.

I’m sorry Bart, but could you care to explain how you “trained” your foreskin to remain retracted at all times? I’m not criticizing you just very curious.

I would like to hear that story as well, Bart. Not criticizing at all, just think it would be interesting to try out, see if my glans can inflate a little too =)

I’ve been wanting to try this myself. How long did it take until the foreskin started to remain back on its own? How did you keep the skin back initially?

I am cut and I think I have a large glans. I mean, it’s like it’s almost disproportional. I’m very happy with the size of it, even though I’m not happy with the rest of my penis. My glans is an A+.
