Well, penis gets used to stresses in time- if you apply it.. Of course I didn’t obtain this expansion overnight. I was doing some pretty though jelqs with %100+ erection .

I only get .25. Sometimes when I go on a clamp-o-thon I can get .50 inches.

Hehey, here’s one thing you gotta try out, it just brought me 0.25 inch + in less than a week;

Obviously I have to say that so far I just clamped for fun. OK, well, this was another act of ‘fun’ in a different way, :) if you know what I mean. I’d still like to reach my length goal first, but I actually found that enlarging the tunica through clamping can to some small extend even help with length gains.

Spend about one day, 6-7 hours clamping, like 1-2 hours in the morning, a long session in the afternoon and another 1-2 hours in the evening, edge your unit sore, and make sure you don’t cum!, which is very important, and in between sets heat up again. The following days and nights, wear and ADC, make sure it’s safe in some way, like mine is a cable clamp made of soft tissue on one side and velcro on the other. I’m not a grower, but a shower, so now my flacid girth is pretty much the same as my erect girth. I’m not exactly excited about this, but it definitely adds some. My personal experience was that it takes several hours to get expansion to a maximum. Sure enough you have to have a lot of privacy to take this trip.

I have one “flexible” unit, but what I want is cemented gains. I guess with a cockring and a few jelqs, I can be “ready for love” with a nice 5.75 or even 6 inch girth tool.

I am trying to apply aristo’s principles. Because I beleive he said the ultimate words about girth development. And I’m trying to support my exercises in every way possible( supplements: ZMA, fishoil, arginin, vitamins ,, exercises, jogging, hell- even Taoist principles! :D , using olive oil+ginger for lube.. ) These supports really help, I’ve seen the benefit of every single one of them. All those factors sum up and allow one to do a really challenging workout. And make the unreal possible :)

Kaan, You say that throb and ache in my tunica is going on the right track? Anyone else agree? I realy want to know before I keep going because thats usualy when I back off only because Ive read here that any discomfort is a bad thing! But on the other hand it makes sense that the more pressure the better. There one of 2 things going on with me, Im not gaining because Im over doing it OR Im not gaining because Im backing of when the pressure gets intense and underdoing it. There have got to be more experienced clampers out there that can help me make sense out of it.

I always obey this principle:
If it hurts more than just “a little”, or there's numbness ,I stop

So yes. The problem is to adjust it. Don’t back off for some tiny ache- that’s normal(and expected). But don’t behave like a PE Rambo. (NO PAIN!! -NO PAIN!!—ARRRGH!!! :bart: ) That’s abnormal :D

I recommend you to concentrate on the head (glans), make it real hard with the inner pressure, so it aches just a little, and going on like this for 3 nice sets. You WILL see results.

Thanks Kaan, youve gained almost a half inch in about 4 months?! Thats insane. I always stopped when it throbbed only because of all I hear about people overtraining and and getting nowhere. I was afraid I would over do it because I started clamping right at the three month mark of starting PE( maybe even a week before the 3 month mark) I thought it ached beacause maybe I wasn’t conditioned enough. Right now Im on day 10 of a break because I wanted to back off and try and figure out why I wasn’t gaining. I don’t want to piss it off and never gain because I have scar tissue or something. Looks like Im going to clamp till it aches and then some more. Any clampers got anymore advise??

I wish this thread would get resurrected somehow.

I get about a .25 expansion. I used to get .5.

Does anyone have any new info about this?

I’m thinking that clamping is really the key. I wish we could get more expertise in this arena.

Meaning that if we just focus on this exercise and exploit it for all its worth, we should all be expanding and packing 6.5 girthers.

I don’t really get all that much expansion either, but I’ve only just started clamping.

So do you think it isn’t necessary to do exercises while clamped to see results?


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

I typically get around 1/2” of expansion before I start to see lymph fluid build up. After that, I get about 1/4” from lymph.

The veins bulge in such a menacing manner when you clamp it’s frightening, you wish your dick was like that every time you got erect.
