He’s asking if it’s necessary for you to do exercises when you are clamped or can you just clamp it, get expansion and leave it for the duration of the set.

Big Girtha believes that you can just clamp it, get the expansion and leave it be and he’s up to 7” girth.

I personally do a variety of exercises, mainly edging but on occasion kegels, bends, jelqs and horse squeezes/uli’s. I’m newish to clamping so no major gains to speak of just yet but I can feel them coming and know I can get to a solid and cemented 6.25” meg by the end of the year.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

What you need is the `inner blood pressure` . Sufficient blood pressure inside the cock for enaugh time to allow plastic deformation. My personal gauge for pressure is to make the glans real hard. So that`s the amount of intensity I was mentioning. If you can supply that pressure without stroking your penis and edging etc. then you really don`t need to. But for me my erection was strating to fade after I applied high pressures. So I watched porn or just nude chick pics, and stroked the penis.

There was a hose clamp I used in my sets, which stayed there the entire set. My other clamp was my hand. So I get a good hardon while clamped, then when I squeeze with my hand, it provides the super-pressure for about 1 minute. After, I tried about 1 minute to get that erection intensity again, and repeat. I did 15-20 minutes x 3 sets.

I believe this`s a good application of plastic deformation theory, but of course should be done carefully.

So nothing personal, but looking at your signature stats, are you done kaan? No gains in nearly 4 years?

For me personally, I can do things either way. I can clamp and just not do anything other than kegel and stroke it to keep highly stimulated, or I can do exercises. I alternate what I do during a set or on a given day based on how things feel. Some days for whatever the reason, it’s all I can do to make it through my first set. The feeling of expansion I get when I clamp can sometimes be almost intolerable, but I make it through a set anyway.and that’s just with wearing the clamps and not doing anything else. Then, some days I’m able to do things like clamped squeezes and bends. Again, I just go by feel. My penis literally ”tells me” what to do.

I get about .5” expansion and I think most of it is from all my veins filling up. I do 3 sessions of 7-10 minutes with 5 minute break in between. By the end of the 3rd session my glans and veins are very large. In the last few months I have seen noted increased in vascularity and glans size. Also I do kegels throughout the whole series of sessions and usually go on a……….. i guess I could call it a kegel sprint the last minute before I take the clamp off.

One handed squeezes, two handed and bends. All held for a minute or so at a time.
