All of you - tntjockey, Bird2 and Secjay - mean good. What is important is who does what and whether one can really judge their own limits.
I fully endorse the statement of tntjockey in Post #6 above, with a slight modification to generalize what I mean.
So this is for all Newbies:
……. the danger if awareness is not consumed buy the one doing the exercise, because the newbies here are not conditioning, read sufficient posts to understand the pros and cons and do advanced PE exercises.
One needs to be aware of what is going on and know when to stop or for that matter when to start such.
Any PE exercise is a risk if limits are exceeded.
Don’t rush Newbies. It’s up to you.
