Does anyone have any idea what “Clamp pulls” are? I’ve heard them mentioned before but all I know is that they have something to do with stretching while clamping. However, I have also heard that stretching or pulling while clamping is bad. Could someone please tell me.

Don’t stretch while you clamp. The injury chance is really high while there are plenty of other length exercises. You have one dick, why fuck it up?

I don’t agree with you on this and that is rare cause we are almost alway on the same page. If you know what you are doing and really listen to your dick, it really is beneficial as far as length growth…..And it works. It is also easier to grab your dick when it is engorged by with a clamp with little pressure. Pull for as long as you can take it, rest a bit and do it again until your 15 minutes is up. I do this on my last set of 3.

Of course you are free to choose what exercises you do. But I find the injury risk to high and will never do clamped pulls. I agree that the risk lowers when you pay close attention to your dick but there are better options. Take a look at all the other length exercises, stretching, advanced stretches, jelqing, pumping hanging etc. All have way lower risks while generally have the same or better results, so why would you do clamped pulls?

Any type of stretch, squeeze, or other pressure you apply to your dick while clamping will be felt 10x-100x. Unless you are really really careful, you will at a minimum, bruise yourself up hardcore til your dick looks like a purple version of one of those lumpy german sausages at the deli. Not recommended from several standpoints.

The additional pressure is probably not worth attaining. Stay safe as Bird says, better than adding to the already risky exercise of clamping.

Guys, Guys. I have never recommended this to anybody here and you y’all never said I did either. I have been PEing for 2.5 years and I know when to say when. The problem is, do others know when to say when.

I posted to biggerjohnson that I sometimes think that I should not post what exercises I do because of the danger if awareness is not consumed buy the one doing the exercise, because the newbies here are not conditioning, read their post (maturity) and look at the join date and they are clamping. All the exercises we do here are dangerous. Some more than others. This is a good exercise, but you are right, it is high risk and one needs to be aware of what is going on and know when to stop. Clamping it self is high risk.

All of you - tntjockey, Bird2 and Secjay - mean good. What is important is who does what and whether one can really judge their own limits.
I fully endorse the statement of tntjockey in Post #6 above, with a slight modification to generalize what I mean.
So this is for all Newbies:

One needs to be aware of what is going on and know when to stop or for that matter when to start such.

clamp pulls can give you good length but they do have a very high risk of injury, just like the horse 440. Listen to your body, there is a fine line between pleasure and pain.

See guys, horse440 is very high risk exercise and endorsed by this forum and I do that exercise. I guess it’s just pushing the envelope, cause that is what we do here. Care, Be aware and know when to say no.

Horse440 is way lower risk than clamp pulls.

Is this a dead thread? I’ve added clamped pulls this year and I like the results I’ve been getting. It’s very easy to over do it, bruise, so less is clearly better. I really feel the stretch throughout the penis chambers. My BPEL measurement in length is more consistency at 17-17.75cm and 18-19cm clamped. Before it was 16-17 and 17.5-18cm, respectively. The only problem is that my post clamp girth at the base is approaching 17.5-18cm and I don’t want to be too thick. My pre-clamping base girth is 16.5 to 17cm, which is uncomfortable to some women sometimes.


Sept 2020 BPEL 16.5-17.5 cm, BPFLS 17.5-18 cm. Clamped x4+ BPEL 18-19 cm. Head girth 12.5 cm, MSG 16 cm, BG 16.5 to 18 cm

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.
