Clampers-Have you seen a hinder in Length Gains

Hey guys,

I was reading some post that said that clamping and stop length gains. Have you seen that this is true? Also, do you do it in addition to Jelqing or what?

I’m planning on clamping in a couple of months so I’m trying to get as much info about it before I do it. Thanks!

Lately, I’ve been clamping and stretching using monkeybar’s vacuum hanger and the ADS strap. There are other threads on this subject, but my experience of about one month leads me to believe that length can be gained from clamping. I have not measured, but I look longer and fatter than I did before clamping/ADS.

Didn’t Girtha make length gains from mostly clamping?

Some guys do, some guys don’t, personally I’ve not had any length gains from clamping alone and as my girth has increased, logic would suggest it’ll be harder to stretch a thicker dick than a thinner one..I’m up for the challenge though! ;)

Drilla with a 8.5” unit and you are still gunning for length….my man….well best wishes with that. I have clamped a bit and seen some good gains especially in the size of my head. However I clamp of a irregular basis as I am in pursuit of length and am inclined to believe that clamping on this unit will not provide me with those desired returns in length at this stage.

I’m up with drilla9, up for the challenge.

Some had noted lenght from clamping, some not.

But I clamp then stretch. I’m starting to see changes.

I think that if clamping is combined with a good stretching routine (not necessarily hanging) then it can yeild some length gains. I have certainly started to see some gains in both dimensions.

Sacred good to see some one from closer to home on here,I think applying a program of clamping then stretching does makes some logical sense, thus gains in both gain and length. I will try pursue this but perhaps in about another month or two and will post my results.Thanks for your input Sacred and Eddh9

The majority of my gains came from clamping and jelqing.

Im also thinking of this. What do you say? I am about 7” BPEL and 4.5 EG. I have noticed some length gains but barley any girth gains. Seems like I can hadle 10 min x 3 sets of clamping and get good girth while doing this. About + 0.25 - 0.30 inches EG while working out.

But toughening of the tunica might decrease my possibility of gaining with MonkeyBars Vac ADS.
I see it this way. All day hanging produces gains as long as “the minimum” amout of force is applied.
I guess this minimum force increases if you toughen up the penile tissue.. Therefore I’ll wait 2-3 months.
When Im mostly doing my ADS workout to see if it gives me something…
