Im also thinking of this. What do you say? I am about 7” BPEL and 4.5 EG. I have noticed some length gains but barley any girth gains. Seems like I can hadle 10 min x 3 sets of clamping and get good girth while doing this. About + 0.25 - 0.30 inches EG while working out.
But toughening of the tunica might decrease my possibility of gaining with MonkeyBars Vac ADS.
I see it this way. All day hanging produces gains as long as “the minimum” amout of force is applied.
I guess this minimum force increases if you toughen up the penile tissue.. Therefore I’ll wait 2-3 months.
When Im mostly doing my ADS workout to see if it gives me something…
