Clamping 101 - The clamping guide

I Need Some Data Before I Do This

My girth is 12 cm, I think it’s shit! But I’d like to know some data of how much you can gain after some monthes clamping. I think this might be too risky if I’m not going to gain any girth with this.

Can someone explain me how much it gained with clamping?

I think I may be a hard gainer for girth, so I’m starting to research clamping more. I’ve been doing consistent newb routine for 3 months, adding in O bends after 2 months. We’ll see how my progress with the O bends is after this month, but for the 6 inch girth I want I think clamping with eventually be necessary. Just take it easy on clamping and be smart, and I think it can be nothing but positive.

Time to visit Home Depot and the Thera band store.

I’m going to have to get some cable clamps. My question is what size do you start with and do you clamp behind the balls and your shaft all the same time>

abhchelms - Only invest in the clamps if you’ve put the hours in manually. I see you joined in September, so if you’re new to PE, train your penis up for at least 3 months before considering clamping. It’s very intense and as such brings risks.

When you feel you’re ready, buy the MEDIUM size and try to restrict BTB (behind-the-balls) clamping to a minimum as it is twice as dangerous as regular clamping, and only for a few minutes maximum. A lot of guys don’t like the sensation of BTB clamping anyway so if I were you I’d stick to regular clamping to chart your progress.

I’m only new to this forum but not new to PE. I have been pumping for over 10 years probably pretty close to 15 by now. I have been using a penis extender now for over 5 months now. Have used cock rings for over 20 years now. I do thank you for your concern, but I’m not an amateur at PE.

Hi. I’ve been PEing for 6 months and ready to start a clamp regimen. I’ve been doing Ulis, horseheads, etc. For 3 months now. And I’ve experimented with clamps recently but until I get a clamp Ill have to use hair scrunchies or something like that lol. But to all the guys focusing specifically on girth. How long did it take you to gain? How many sessions of clamping did it take before you started gaining? What was it?

snuffed, kooljohn and ginger7: Cable clamps are notoriously hard to pick up over here. Rumour has it that B&Q used to stock them but I’ve yet to come across them myself and they are always out of stock on their website.

Your best bet is to order them direct from Home and have them shipped over. It’s a hassle I know and the shipping fee is a bitch but compared to half the PE equipment on sale out there, it’s still a wise investment.

I’m new to the whole clamping thing so I used a plain old shoe lace and just tightened up, it seemed to work pretty well is there any reasons why I shouldn’t use a lace?

I have been clamping for perhaps the last 4 or 5 weeks with my workout varying depending on my PI’s. When I initially began clamping some 6 or so months ago I had less then impressive results and the comfort level of wearing a clamp was ridiculous. These last couple of weeks however, I’ve been trying to find the ideal way of clamping that suits me as the instructions laid out at the beginning of this thread were a little too dificult.

I’ve highlighted step 4 and 5 because these were the steps that I simply couldn’t do and gave me the biggest problems. My 100% erection, isn’t my maximum expanded size and kegelling while the clamp is fully tightened caused A LOT of discomfort.

Imagine everytime you kegel, your inner penis is trying to push the end of the penis (the clamped/engorged part) off your body. There is no expansion, only a feeling like your body is trying to reject it.

This is the problem I had. I couldn’t kegel while fully clamped! I became discouraged and figured clamping wasn’t for me but I’ve discovered what works best for me.

When I clamp I only do up the first 2 or 3 notches and then kegel. Then I form an O grip just after the clamp to help trap blood in the end, after about 10 seconds I release my grip, kegel again and regrip. I would continue this until I couldn’t make it expand anymore. I had noticed there’s a point when clamped that kegelling won’t force more blood into my penis. I don’t go past this point until I’ve reached max expansion. Once I’ve hit max expansion I tighten the clamp as much as possible. I also use a second clamp after the first but this clamp only gets tightened to about 50-60% depending on how my penis feels (and PI’s).
Doing it this way has given me excellent results so far.

One thing I have found that helps keep it fully expanded is to lay on my right side. For some reason my penis maintains maximum expansion this way and I don’t need any sort of stimulation to prevent the blood from flowing back out of the penis.

This is just what I’ve found to work for me and I know there are people who have tried clamping and had the same results as when I first started, I hope in some way this helps those people (and anybody else look for something new/different).

I’ve read somewhere that clamping can affect increases in length, or completely stop increases in length.is this true? Can you clamp and hang in your workouts?
