Clamping 101 - The clamping guide

Why would light clamping be bad for a newbie(only one month of manual stretching and 100 jelqs at a time)? I cut a cross-section of my ADS sleeve and put it around dick and balls. Doing this it’s close to fully engorged. As long as my glans are warm and I feel no discomfort there’s circulation. It’s definitely not as much pressure as jelqing. Should I not do this because my tunica will toughen up? Why not wear this for a few hours after jelqing?

It doesn’t really count as clamping and it’s very unlikely to cause any toughening, if you’re comfortable doing it you should be fine.

Have to post the usual warning though about any type of constriction, it can be dangerous.
would advice not sleeping with it.

Injuries happen when we do things we’re not ready for. Conditioning takes time.You seem like you’re in a rush and those are the guys that always get hurt. Why try to re write something that has been proven to work and be safe when done correctly?

A noob question, I’m new in PE, can I start clamping after a month in newbie routine? Any possibility like, not maximizing the grip and lowering duration?

What are peoples ideas on clamping deconditioning breaks? I took two weeks off and noticed better expansion in my first set (4 x 10min) back yesterday. I got the full 1/2 inch gain over my erect girth. Normally I get a bit over 1/4 of an inch. I read some where that 2 weeks off 6 on was suggested. Again I would be interested in peoples thoughts.

Also, fluid build up. Has anyone worked out how to stop the build up below the glands? I was thinking of placing a light clamp in that area to stop the fluid build up while I clamp. Its a tricky one as how tight do you go? Too tight and you stop expansion and too loose and fluid will build up. Thoughts?

I always, always recommend clamping deconditioning breaks. Those who clamp already know and utilize that aspect you mention.

Clamping is so high pressure that being conditioned for it can stall any pe. Because clamping is so forceful and constricting, if your penis is conditioned to that it’s hard to get anything done. You’ll be too tough, this is my experience.

That said, I also never recommend clamping. Unless you’re careful, and experienced, clamping can be dangerous. Some folks decondition and then step back to the old level and get hurt. Care MUST be taken. Must.

Clamping is potent. Deconditioning renews that potency. Careful when applying it to your routine.

As far as fluid build up, either scale back erection level from 100% or keep sessions to around 7 minutes. Any more and you get some buildup, which I don’t stress on but I have noted.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

My current schedule only includes Clamping twice a week. I generally go 2 on 1 off then 2 on 2 off. But on my two days on, only one is a clamp day.

Deconditioning for me is I take the 6th week off regardless and usually I drop Clamping for 5 weeks and add another exercise. Then add it back during my next cycle.

So I had to start clamping in order to see gains. I do a 15 minute set edging and a 10 minute set full constriction.

Like I said I’m seeing gains now but am a little nervous about hitting a plateau and needing to get even more extreme to break through, especially long term as I want to grow another 1/4 to 1”. In your experience are the deconditioning breaks enough to reset things so that clamping will be enough to continue seeing growth long term.

Currently I’m on a one month on and one off cycle and seeing gains each time.

Wand, what type of gains and how much are you seeing..

How long after you started clamping until the gains came?

Yes. Not only are deconditioning breaks enough to keep seeing gains, because of the nature of the exercise, you would more likely rupture a major vessel before clamping stopped working. So the exercise will work. Your blood vessels will not turn to stone and refuse to flex. But…deconditioning keeps you from brushing up against heavy medical complications also.

I decondition most to keep the duration down that I use. The longer you clamp, the more duration you need for full engorgement past current limits. I don’t like sets past 15 minutes. I start at 7 and work up to 15. This way I stay safe, in control and seeing gains.

I like the ULI exercise when I’m on deconditioning. Sometimes I don’t do a hard girth exercise at all and simply pump. Because I do low pressure there, I seldom need to decondition that. And once a year I just take a month or so off. Usually after drama in the life.

I keep it simple and safe.

I did a MWF schedule starting with one set and eventually working up to 3-5. I did this for two months with no gains. Then I took a month off and came back. Since then I’ve gained 3/8 in three months.

In a way I’m thankful for zero gains over my first year. I obviously had no fear of losing anything when I took my break, now I have total confidence in breaks. Silver linings.

Thanks Thoughtful. That was my only concern. Now I can put that doubt behind me and start celebrating my future accomplishments.
