I always, always recommend clamping deconditioning breaks. Those who clamp already know and utilize that aspect you mention.
Clamping is so high pressure that being conditioned for it can stall any pe. Because clamping is so forceful and constricting, if your penis is conditioned to that it’s hard to get anything done. You’ll be too tough, this is my experience.
That said, I also never recommend clamping. Unless you’re careful, and experienced, clamping can be dangerous. Some folks decondition and then step back to the old level and get hurt. Care MUST be taken. Must.
Clamping is potent. Deconditioning renews that potency. Careful when applying it to your routine.
As far as fluid build up, either scale back erection level from 100% or keep sessions to around 7 minutes. Any more and you get some buildup, which I don’t stress on but I have noted.
