Hey guys, newbie clamper here! I just have a few questions. I tried searching but can’t seem to find any answers to my questions.
I really enjoy my routine as it is now (also on a 2 on 1 off schedule) and was wondering if I can just integrate clamping into my routine somehow. Or am I just supposed to clamp? No jelqing or stretching? I just started clamping and today will be my 2nd clamp session. I am following the advice on these forums to start with 3 sets of 10 minutes @ 1 on 1 off. Would I be able to do 20 minutes of stretching followed by 15 minutes of jelqing before I clamp? Or would this be considered over training? My 1st clamping session (stretched and jelqed beforehand) seemed a bit too intense, but I was also edging a little bit too (oops). Got great expansion though, measured in at 5.75” MSEG at the end of my 3rd set while edging to 100% EQ. I’m currently sitting at 5.375” so that’s a 3/8” expansion.
