Personally I use a simple wrist wrap I got as a free addition to some order of supplements from an online shop. It’s only of them foam rubber padded things. I kept the (soft) velcro side on top of it to protect the padding from the clamp itself.

I use a piece of paper towel folded evenly three times. I know, not environmentally friendly, but it’s simple and it works for me. I can actually fit two clamps around it at the base.

A strip of mouse pad works really well.

I’ve found something I can use, and it works pretty good, but it’s hard to describe. It was this shoulder brace thing that was sent to me from a worker’s comp injury, which I was supposed to use with my TENS unit. But it didn’t fit right, and really served no purpose, as the TENS unit by itself is pretty superior, and didn’t take time to put on like that brace thing did. So I just cut out a 6.5x1.5 strip of the material, whatever it is, and it works great. It’s kind of similar to mouse pad consistency.

I discovered, by accident while making a Cat-tail for my rifle scope, the use of a ‘Breakaway Coaster’ as part of my PE routine a couple of years ago. Firstly, I perform 120 slow Jelqs (10 reps per hand) whilst wearing my ‘Doc Johnson Titanmen’ silicon rubber cock-ring at the base of my shaft. After completing my 120 Jelqs, I immediately apply my Breakaway Coaster over the silicon rubber cock-ring (used to cushion the Coaster due to its perfect width) and tighten by turning the knob to the desired pressure. Well…while this isn’t the correct thread for that question…I’ll link you to a post that’s great for beginners. Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Haven’t been on here lately since I kind of “retired” but i’ll say what I always say… Strings!

Get some strings from sneakers (laces), basketball shorts strings, any type of string and clamp and tie yourself up with that. It engorges the penis and you’ll notice the results very quickly. I had to have gained over .5 inch in girth just from this alone. It also gives you the ability to alleviate pressure pretty quickly too if need be

I know it’s not some master technique, but it worked wonders for me. Why not you?

The string method, though effective in its own way, does seem to increase the risk of injury.

Can you elaborate on this? You’re just using a string as a clamp? Seems like it’d be way too painful due to the width of the string.

I’ve been experimenting with using a rope instead of cable clamps (although I still use one clamp at the base to start things off). I put frayed end of the rope under the clamp and then wrap the rope around my cock several times as tightly as possible. Can definitely get much more intense than clamps. I think I gained a slight amount over several intense sessions of this but then had to take a couple months break and lost most or almost all of the gains. Also the sessions are very tiring… you have to pull hard to keep the rope tight and it can be a lot of work.

I’m looking for something that’s easier and that can apply the same pressure. I think a clamp like a cable clamp but much wider would be ideal but I can’t find one. I’d like to make my own someone but I don’t know how.

Hey sorry for the very late response, I didn’t get a notification for some reason. Yeah, so what I would do with the string is obviously tie it at the base. Then I’d occasionally tighten it until the pressure was enough were I got rock hard and the blood pressure was at it’s highest. Then I’d take a lubricant and funnel blood from the bottom of my shaft to my glans and repeat. It’s basically a step below masturbation honestly

I know most guys on here don’t like doing anything while erect, but it worked for me and that’s how I always did it.. NOW! You are right that it is a bit on the dangerous side. I’ve had a “pop” in there before that put me out for a couple weeks. However, my EQ hasn’t gotten worse. My girth increased leaps and bounds. I started girth exercises at 6.5 EG and now I’m comfortably at 7.0 EG. I know my girth was already large before, but I wanted to really push myself

If I get a chance I’ll upload a couple photos of how you would do it, if you want. It’s pretty simple though

Yup! basically anything to constrict the penis at the base. It’s an intense workout regardless of what device you use to do it. It’s by far the most effective PE I’ve done

I tried something different to try and break through a platue. Today is my girt day. In a tub of hot water. Fulcrum stretches about 10 minutes, Power Jelq for 5 minutes, Tunica Tenderizer 3 sets at 2 minutes. Air clamp three sets at 10 minutes. Normal expansion is between 6 and 6.25 in. Mid shaft under the air clamp. I have been feeling like something has been restricting more expansion. So, I did erect bends midshaft and distally towards the glans.Bent forward, backwards, left and right. While keegeling and hold for 5 seconds each direction. All of a sudden I felt a pleasant release through the shaft. It went to 6.5 inches midshaft. I did notice more fluid build up than usual. However; instead of a donut. It was from the entire midshaft area to the glans. I will make this a part of my routine the next few weeks and keep you informed. I am hoping this puts me midshaft 6in mid shaft to match my 6.25-6.5 in. Base. Thanks Thunders!
