Clamping 101 - The clamping guide

I have been clamping for years now and if you look up you can see I, recently, extended the duration of my kegels when in the clamp. I am seeing gains faster than usual now as well as other changes such as bigger veins along the shaft and the more intense kegel workout has had other benefits in the orgasm intensity department. I love this!

Fully erect edging + clamping + 10second kegel holds
7minutes clamped 3 minute rest every other day followed by an all day cock ring right after to keep it plump while it heals.

Just have play around with it and see what works for you. When I clamp I personally only do one set of 15mins.I find I get really good expansion the first set.If I do a second set the expansive is no where near as good.Hence why I just stick to one set.

Question for Big Girtha, Drilla or anyone who is experienced.

I am new to the site but have been reading forums like crazy and many of my questions have not yet been answered ;/ I have finish the 90 day beginners routine and I have done 2 months of clamping. I cannot seem to gain from a 4.5EG I am like at 4.6 at best. I do a 10 minute to 15 minute warm up and stretch after. I get clamp with a small AB silicone sleeve and a mouse pad strip. I get small expansion 1/8th but my unit seems to get hard and veiny. I do 3 x 10 min clamping sessions 2 days on one day off. My flaccid hang isn’t that good after. It turtles a bit. Its almost as if its plump for a few seconds after I clamp. But then again I turtle half the time. I am currently 6.75EL and 4.6EG. I am desperate to get on a good girth routine. I am conditioned but a bit clueless because I have been putting in the work. I really like the idea of clamping but I need some help guys.

Increased the duration I hold the kegels in the clamp to 15 seconds and I am starting to see veins, that are so far below the skin I can’t actually see any color difference between them and the shaft, getting bigger and stiffer to the point that I guess I am ribbed now. Girlfriend loves it!

OK, so I restarted clamping back in Mid December, starting with 3 sets at 3 minutes each. Through Januaray 8, I clamped all but three days during that span, having worked up to 4 sets at 6 minutes each.

Thereafter, my EQ was shot, so I took 2 weeks off. My EQ improved, regaining some morning wood, etc. but still not to where is was back in Mid December.

Did a few sessions of jelqing, a couple of clamping (3 sets at 3 minutes each) since then, but still my EQ is poor. So it seems I need to take a full on break until my EQ comes back.

When flaccid, my penis is much softer (mushier) than it has ever been before. Before this, even when flaccid, the inner structure of my penis always had some amount of firmness. Now it really is totally fluffy/mushy.

Question 1: Is this change of flaccid firmness a normal feeling of overtraining? From Clamping? Should I be worried (I am a bit worried that I have a permanent problem now)

Question 2: Is it advisable to even refrain from anti-turtling measures during this rest time? Such as wearing a cock ring or a doubled hair tie? I know Sparkyx advised taking COMPLETELY off when noticing loss of EQ.

Anyone else had EQ issues with clamping and found out what’s causing them? For me, it doesn’t even seem to be related to volume or intensity as I tend to start very carefully. My penis just don’t seem to respond very well to clamping. First sessions are typically great. Even good EQ. But not too long after, EQ starts going downwards.

I seem to recall a banned member who had similar issues and needed a long time to recover. I also know he went back to clamping and didn’t seem to have any issues the second time around.

No issues with jelqing or pumping.

Currently only jelqing after a long break, but I think I might need something more to reach my girth goals.

(Sorry if this is long, i just like to be as detailed as possible)

Before I jump into details, I will say that during this recent period, I don’t seem to get randomly sexually excited (which I naturally do), which must be the result of the over training. However, a couple of days ago I watched pornography (I don’t very often, the exception having been when I was clamping), and, surprisingly, I achieved an erection level 9 or 10 (though at a size that indicates I lost that 1/8 inch of girth gain, again). Getting that high erection, I noticed, led to an increase in my “inner firmness” even after I’d gone flaccid. This was encouraging to me, so I did it again (watched pornography) again the next day, got a high level erection, and that seems to have improved my mushy flaccid hang quite a bit already. So try that, Renholder, because it seems that getting to high level erections is “waking” me up.

I attempted clamping several years ago, and had no EQ issues, but I stopped after perhaps just several weeks - only a few days each week - of doing it, because I found the discoloration I was getting to be unacceptable. At the time I jumped right into full 10 minute sets. Fast forward several years, and I’ve made no significant girth gains (I only care about girth). Well, perhaps 1/8 inch, but it never cemented.

The last year is particularly frustrating due to my never slacking off: January - May 2016 I was religiously doing several hundred jelqs per day, almost everyday; May - October I was religiously doing one full set of O-bends just about everyday…for each time period I would occasionally throw in some Ferrari Head squeezes or Uli’s. It is important to note that the Jelqing and O-bends alone never seemed to create a state of over training (my EQ remained high, and has always been high, naturally), but the Head Squeezes or Uli’s could create fatigue that could affect EQ short term.

For example, back in October, on a Tuesday, I did a full set of O-bends and followed up with 2 or 3 aggressive Head Squeezes. The following day, I had an unexpected sexual encounter, and my EQ was not where I would have wanted it to be (I still was able to have sex, but I was only at a 6 or 7. I did no PE Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, and on Friday evening I met up with the girl again, where my EQ had returned to 9 or 10.

I thought about that, decided to take a week off (figuring I could use it) and decided (according to Sparkyx’s principle of restarting cautiously) to do just 50 jelq’s per day, but do them very strictly and with significant force similar to an Uli. This approach did seemed to create some fatigue, but I was not making gains by mid December.

It is important to note that all of the above Jelqing and O-bending never created much in the way of temporary post PE expansion, neither did the Uli’s (the Uli’s perhaps just a bit, but it would subside within minutes).

Then, upon surfing the forum, I ran into and was reminded of tntjockey’s clamping thread (it was a brief PM exchange with him that convinced me to stop clamping several years ago, only as it regarded discoloration). I decided to give clamping another try, because as I remembered, that did give me some post PE expansion.

In an effort to filter down the effect of discoloration, I decided to begin with a modest clamping regimen of 3 sets @ 3 minutes each @ 4 clicks, to be adjusted as I saw fit. I will say this approach has led to the discoloration setting in much more modestly than it did for me several years ago when I started more aggressively.

Anyway, I started to increase a bit, until I hit that 6 minutes per set mark for 4 sets, and some of these sets were at 5 clicks. A few things to note: I was getting the best expansion I have ever gotten (about 1/6 of an inch mid shaft, 1/4 at the base) which would subside after 30 - 60 minutes; at first, I was remaining very hard after finishing the workout, I would edge for a while, staying disciplined as far as not ejaculating post PE; even after my expansion would subside, my flaccid hang was just better; and my ejaculations were even more impressive. All these good signs probably created in me a bit of over zealousness.

I believe the mistakes I made were: first - increasing time too fast, i’m not yet sure ifgoing up a click was a mistake; and second - not working in regular rest days. Having not really needed rest days in the past (minus having done heavy Uli or Head squeezes), I wasn’t mentally conditioned to make use of them. (also, several years ago, I made some length gains by hanging, with the principle of doing so everyday, so I probably applied that principle to the clamping this time around) So I plan on getting back to clamping, on a MWF schedule, starting again modestly 3 sets @ 3 minutes @ 4 clicks, and being disciplined as far as not increasing too fast.

I added one mild 3 minute clamping set after my 10 minute jelqing session here the other day. Not so sure what I think about clamping, to be honest. I’m wondering if perhaps I should rather add some sets of water pumping instead. Never killed my erections the way clamping did…

Now that I figured out how to make wraps that are comfortable for me and I started clamping, I noticed my erections do not subside. Once clamp off, it is rock hard and stays that way as long as I kegel once per minute or so to keep the tensions levels up as I expand.

How is your progress going? The vein and “ribbed” remarks are intruiging.

Sometime Iclamp to the point were I feel like the kegel is barely going through the clamp. At some point I cant kegel anymore blood in. I did msotly short burst kegels. Might add longer holds. Want these mean veins!

Could you give some pointers on how you achieved this? Do you use porn to stay hard? What’s your wrap?

Mine always seems to subside, unless I put in great effort to stay hard. Which still is difficult. Or unless I clamp extremely hard, which don’t feel smart…

Sure thing, my friend.

I bought a 5 pack of the long socks from Walmart, I like black.

I cut the top most elastic part off, the part that is doubled over, and throw it away.

Then I cut at the bottom of the elastic section and remove it. This is the piece I work with.

I sew long ways to make stretchy tube then cut the excess off. I have my base layer as just this about 2 inches long.

Then I made another tube exactly the same way from the excess, and folded it in thirds, and sewed along the rim of the loose side. Basically like a sweat band for your penis is what it looks like.

I put my base layer on, the folded one on top of that, (4 layers of sock material total), then put the clamp over that, and boom, clamp off.

Porn makes your dick hard in the moment, but gives you ED in the long run. I “quit” last year in June, but have maybe looked at Sasha Grey a few times while back sliding. Oops. Haha
