I have a very important question. I just started clamping and I realize good expansion and what not. 3 sets of 7 min.
I wake up with wood and after that it turtles in the morning.
What is going on ? I got morning wood going on.
Is the ” never let it turtle” for girth a true theory?
Many prickly hair on the balls cause turtling too. ( I shaved my balls and shaft).
Any advice would be good.
PS. I have warmed up with manual girth exercises in the past took 2 weeks off then clamped slowly.
5 months of conditioning.
