I’m not gaining and I’d like a little advice.
A few years back I did a stretch/extender routine for 6 months and got some EL gains but dropped off BC of uni.
Year after that I got into the bathmate / jelq routines for about 4 months but didn’t gain anything permanent.
I tried again a year after that to bathmate/ jelq superset and worked up to adding light clamped edging after. Great temp gains, no permanent after 4 months. . Got off track with vacation.
Recently I’ve dove back in and actually started really well.. In August I started clamping 3x10 occasionally and by end of September when I went on a 4 day camping trip I had a 0.25-0.4” girth gain hold and when I returned I tried picking up consistency since I was actually seeing gains.
Time goes by another month and I’ve lost that gain.. Since November I’ve varied my workout/ rest routine but have not seen any results clamping/ pumping/jelqing in superset.
I’m doing 5 min bm, 10min clamp, 5 min jelq all x3 routine 4-5 times a week.. Usually 2 on 1 off then 2-3 on and 1-2 off.
I have good eqI think, frequent erections, morning wood (not always the day after PE though) and I retain temp gains for about 24 hours. No red dots or discoloration.
When I began this stint I wasn’t keeping track of my workouts and would only do it when convenient.. This seemed to make me gain and when I saw this I focused on my consistency and increased my work outs and in a month I lost those gains.
What should I do?
I think I need to cut back to 3 sessions a week but I’m not sure if I should also take a decon break. I’m also afraid that I’m simply not working out enough.. But I keep trying to remember that camping trip where I held a solid 0.3-0.4” girth for 4 days with nothing more than using a cock ring during sex.
