Found these Velcro one-wrap ties at Lowe’s and they work fairly well if you can’t find the cable clamp. You can also wear them if you are up for that. You should line your penis with a paper towel, mouse pad, etc as the material can be scratchy. I use a convenient paper towel so I can clamp in my car. The Velcro tans can be a bit annoying but once you get used to it you’ll be ok. Couldn’t upload pic. Sorry.

I’m not getting any expansion after I clamp only wen clamped and I usually go soft wen clamped am I doing something wrong.

Takes time to get it dialed in. I think it took many hours for me to perfect my technique…
which is:

Apply clamp with 50% erection and while tightening the clamp stimulate to an erection.

Then keep stimulating the head to keep an erection when you tightened the clamp.
You should now be bigger than without the clamp. Do this for the time you can bear(start with lower than 5 minutes, increase time slowly over some weeks)

When you are feeling like it’s enough slowly open the clamp while still stimulating to keep the erection. Do that until the clamp is completely open.
Then keep edging to use some of the expansion you created prior. If you do it right you will see some temporary gains.
Permanent gains will take time and quality PE routine.(dont injure!)

Interesting. I see about 3/8” additional girth in the clamp. However, I have no post-clamp expansion. I’ll have to keep fine tuning my technique.

Wow. This is the first time I knew about it’s existence, and I think it’s perfect. Less bulky than a clamp, and you can manipulate it easily. The problem is that we don’t have those in our country.

Most vets will say combining the two is a fast track to injury. I wouldn’t do it. As always, YMMV.

Especially when your first starting out. I would stay away from clamping or hanging for at the least 4-5 months and work on the newbie routine for awhile.
