Can you safely do an all day clamp without harm or complications as long as it’s not fully clamped, just enough for a good plump?

In my experience anything like this is absolutly horrendous for your foreskin. Even wearing a cock ring for over 30 mins makes my whole foreskin red and sore. I’ve recently discovered that if I keep my clamping sets to 5 mins I don’t get any noticeable discoloration.

I just hope you guys stay safe with this because being impotent is not a good thing. Having a small penis isn’t so bad. Being a good guy is what counts to good people. Just take it easy with the exercises.

When I clamp I don’t get girth expansion I get length expansion. My girth goes to 100 percent EQ size maybe a mm more. But my length clamped is up about 3/4 inch. How do I make it not expand towards length but expand towards girth?

Prior I jelq and stretch the tunica.

I start the clamp at about 50 percent EQ. Then mental and physical stimulate to continue to get harder. And clamp more and more as I get harder. I stop clamping more when the clamping gets too restricted to allow me to kegel. Then I stimulate the glans to keep my erection 8-10 minute clamp.

Anyone have any advice for pumping before clamping session. I think pumping more blood into my member than clamping that blood for 2 10 minute session would be good for some serious girth gains. ?? Anyone try that out and seen results or does that all sound like to much ?

Makes perfect sense. My extender routine is clamp 10min after every hour of extender.

1hr extender—-10 min clamp—-rest 5min—-and repeat.

Been doing PE for years and this is one of the most effective routines I’ve ever had.

Awesome info on the clamping I think that once I’m in a year or so I will start.

I would not do it man, the chances of damaging your penis are bigger than the chances of getting bigger this way.

So I just started clamping this week. Doing every other day. First day I got a little carried away clamped on and off for probably 45mins total. I played around with two clamps. One behind my balls and one on the base of my penis. It eventually turned pretty dark and while it did thicken a lot I think most of it was fluid built up. Took one day off then did about 10 mins the next day. Later that night I had trouble putting on a magnum condom for the first time. I always go with xl just BC I can get away with it but if I stay at this thickness I’ll definitely be needing xl !

So that it greatly prevents blood from outflow, but I’m not sure is it same as regular clamp or not. Is it ok to go this way? Clamping is just one method to practice static expansion. Both clamps and manual squeezes are methods that allow for variable pressure control, ease of use and quick release (safety).

Cock rings can deliver some of the above, not all of.
