Looks like a good combination to me, and if you’re experiencing gains and good EQ keep it up.
When you get around 6 months of training under your belt you can experiment with a double clamp routine.

Is the plastic cable clamp from page one still considered the best clamp? I bought a couple of them, and they work, but not great. They pinch the skin and I would like to be able to tighten them one or two more notches, etc. I tried using a metal adjustable hose clamp, and I think that could work, but I need to spend more time on figuring out padding, and I would have to use a drill to put it on and take it off. Obviously a lot of work and some risk. I am wondering if there is a better clamp we could use now… I have seen penis clamps advertised on amazon for incontinence. I dont know if they would work, though. Any ideas, you guys?

Are you using any kind of padding? I cut up an old mouse pad (yoga mat would also work) and glued it to the clamp. Have you tried using two or three at a time? This seems to make getting that last notch a little easier.

Hose clamps are a serious safety concern as they can jam up. I strongly advise anyone to avoid using them.

That’s what I did too. For a little extra protection putting a silicone sleeve cut about an inch long on the base of your shaft before attaching the clamp helps quite a bit.

Clamping seems like it works just from reading through this thread and its something I definitely would love to add to my current routine

I want to repeat this warning as often as I can: I believe that I permanently and irreversibly damaged my corpus spongiosum from unsafe clamping, with the ultimate effect being that my glans no longer becomes erect. My evidence that it clamping was he cause rather than something psychological is that

1. my spongiosum abruptly ceases to get erect at a very specific point on the shaft, exactly where I used to wear my clamp. It remains erect below this point, but will inflate and immediately deflate above this point if I kegel blood in.The blood reservoir in the glans is downstream from the spongiosum, and so mine remains spongy throughout an erection. My corpus cavernosa are unaffected, luckily.
2. At some point years ago, I felt a painless *pop* in my penis while trying to force my clamp to click to the last notch. I don’t remember if I took the clamp off immediately, but stupidly, I ignored it and kept up my routine. I tried not to think about it but I know that this happened and only eventually did it dawn on me that this was an actual injury. But despite taking long spans of time off from PE, the condition so far hasn’t improved.

I’m very fortunate in that my penis more or less functions and has a girth that I’m okay with without any help from the spongiosum, and that if I wear a cock ring I can artificially keep the glans and spongiosum erect. But PLEASE. RESPECT the intensity of this exercise. NEVER do it without warming up. And NEVER try to push your penis past a comfortable state. Do NOT EVER force the clamp to tighten down farther than it wants to.
Clamping is extremely dangerous if done carelessly, and can truly alter your life if you let your respect for that danger lapse.
Remember that we are trying to elicit a physiological growth response. We are not simply trying to force tissues to expand as much as physically possible in the hopes that they magically stay that way. *Damaging your penis will not assist the growth processes.*

I have a few questions with clamping..
1.) How many days on and off should you do? 6x1? 4x1? 3x1?
2.) When should you increase the time or add another clamp? Say you worked up to ten minutes then after a week or two should I add another 5-10 minute set per day? After a month should I add another clamp?
3.) Are Horse 440’s great with clamping?
4.) Has anyone had sex while clamped? You get the extra 1/2 inch or so it appears so why not try it out?
5.) If one has issues with maintaining an erection while clamped and adding more sleeves or clamping tighter doesn’t work, what else can one do?

1. Listen to your penis. Err on the side of less and if your EQ suffers, cut down on what you’re doing. Overworking the tissues will not yield more gains. They will lead to less gains. Your schedule will depend on how your particular body responds to the exercises and what you are doing for recovery. Less is more, I believe especially so with clamping.
2. The going wisdom is never go past 10 minutes. Think of it more like you are trying to trigger a physiological growth response than deforming the penis and hoping it magically holds its new shape like a stretched balloon. Only add intensity if your EQ is good and once you stop seeing long-term gains. I cannot stress enough that the problem with clamping 9/10 times with people is thining they need to add intensity when they truly need to reduce it.
3. I can’t speak to this apart from advising caution. It is easier than you think to permanently destroy your penises ability to obtain an erection. I would only advise anyone to ever try this is they had years of experience with clamping and were exceptionally familiar with the tissues involved, and knew how to interpret the sensations that are different between an intense exercise and approaching an injury. Believe me, the worst and most effective way to learn this is to injure yourself…
4. This is the function of a cock ring, some are adjustable so you really can get the full experience. I’ve used one before (actually I’ve used multiple at once) and yeah it’s pretty fun.
5. In my experience, if you’re having trouble maintaining an erection while clamping, the answer is to loosen the clamp, not to tighten it. We only want to cut off blowflow from the *outer* blood vessels, which draw blood back into the body. We don’t want to choke the thing to death. Try loosening it one notch, and doing a few *reverse kegels* (the flexion of the same muscles that you use to push out urine more forcefully while urinating). Otherwise, you might be having other EQ issues (that most likely stem from overdoing it) that you should pay some attention to.

I use sleeves cut very small and put them on the base. It works great

Should you heat while clamping? I heat inbetween each session, but not during because I’m not sure your supposed to or if it be a smart idea, since you’re not stretching anything and the goal is to be erect as possible.
