Clamping 101 - The clamping guide

This morning I was playing around with some stuff in my 10 minute breaks between hanging sets. I use a home made compression hanger secured and tightened with a nylon strap. The strap has a cinch type metal clasp, you can hand tighten it but there is no mechanical tightening like a ratchet. I folded my silicone sleeve in half so it was half length and double thickness, then I slid it all the way down to my base and then put the nylon strap directly over the sleeve. Viola, a hand tightened clamp that is super comfy, no pinching at all, has a near infinite circumference adjustability, no notches like with a cable clamp (have one, and tried it several times). And it’s got a nice quick release as well. It’s kind of perfect. Just thought I’d share.

Hi dick pullers and clampers, I would like to share a few tricks that help me with my clamping Sessions.

Better word would be constriction sessions as I use improvised clamp, which Is actually female bra tightener, I never used a clamp but this thing Is super comfy and adjustable and needs no wrap underneath.

I always put it on a flaccid dick without any additional tightening, because that Is exactly right amount of constriction to allow intense 10-12 minute session without risking injury(my flaccid Is tiny compared to erect).

As soon as I tighten it and play hardcore porn on a smartphone I press improvised clamp all the way to the pubic bone and start kegeling and jerking, few seconds later I press on internal penis between balls and on perineum which makes me hard three times faster than just kegeling.

Not only does pressing on internal penis while clamping make you hard faster, it also pushes some tissue from internal part of penis to external especially if you push internal penis before you get hard.

It makes my measurement longer 2-3 mm which is huge in our obsessed PE world.

Even when I do not do kegels pressing on internal penis makes my glans bigger instantly.

When I get maximum expansion doing kegeling and pressing Said Part, then I squeeze my penis ten tines or so for additional expansion.

When I need to squeeze stronger for max expansion which indicates some blood escaped the clamp, then I kegel a few Times and after each kegel I press internal penis, only to squezee another 10 or so times.

And so for 10 or a few more minutes.

Immediately after I release the clamp I gently massage the area that was near the clamp to break up any supposed blood clotting and fluid buildup (1min) then I do a few jelqs to bring in some fresh blood.

After this I rest 10 minutes and repeat again for 3 times usually, although I did it for six on one occasion.

Also I do the clamping as the last exercise to keep the penis in its maximum length and girth expansion I achieved with other exercises, I just feel its awesome e for cementing.

I did only PE once a week or so for maintenance last six months and even gained 3 mm in both length and girth.

How do you keep an erection during clamping?

Hi I’m kind of a newbie I learned about jelqing over 10 years ago but (never knew for sure that it worked,) never stuck to it for longer than a week and thus never saw results
I started a clamping routine in Nov21 and saw a bit of an increase in girth from 4.2” to 4.4” after 5-6 weeks but it did not keep (I guess it could have just been oedema or better EQ)
One of the reasons I didnt continue my clamping routine was because I was no longer living alone (made walking to the microwave for a heat pack embarrasing), also, life and work got me a little busy, and third was because I often find it hard to gain and maintain an erection at will

About 1-2 weeks ago I started clamping again, I have been going pretty hard ; using a cable clamp (lined with mouse pad) over the top of two cock rings, sometimes applying heat, at other times edging, and doing alot of kegels to try and increase the amount of pressure in my corpus cavernosum
I alternate between the above exercises alot but I tend to spend a good 30+ minutes per day total clamped over several sessions (actually some days more than an hour).
I am already seeing some results; fuller erections, better flacid hang, and a small (I’m sure not yet cemented) increase in girth 4.2” to 4.4”

But I am using porn to get and maintain erections throughout the entire exercise. Without it, I’m afraid I won’t be able to keep a solid clamped erection for very long ; my dick will easily go limp; the clamp keeping it somewhat engorged but there will be no real pressure and I won’t feel that tension like when I kegel with a solid clamped erection

I’m hearing that porn is really bad for the brain so I am wondering if anyone has any tips for me. I am already using a small amount of chemical enhancements, I ejaculate no more than twice a week, but I have had serious effects in the past from depression on my libido. I guess I’m just wondering if I should cut the porn and go with much less intensive exercises (like when its clamped, engorged but kind of still flaccid) and hope that eventually my EQ will eventually improve with these exercises?

I’ve been doing abit more reading and thinking maybe I’m overdoing it. Maybe work stress interfered with my erections in the past (who knows)? But according to sparkyx’s thread on improved erections, my priority should be consistent erections (+ ease of erections +morning wood etc), not just ones that feel full when I’m all clamped up.

Thinking back to the porn maybe its not worth it trying to maximise my erections during clamping sessions with porn if it is going to desensitise me and potentially reduce EQ in the long run

Hello all, I’ve been doing hanging and I am about to enter a deconditioning phase of about 2 - 3 weeks. During the deconditioning phase do you fellas recommend doing clamping or should I just leave it alone?

Yes porn is bad but it’s the easiest way to keep yourself hard, if you have a gf maybe just look at nudies of her? You’re supposed to stay hard while you clamp, maybe you could make do with just your imagination or maybe use erotica instead of porn, might be less impactful.

Deconditioning in the strictest sense means do no PE, although some guys will do less intensive activities. You have been hanging which is one of the most intense PE activities I would suggest full decon with no PE activity.

Part of the decision process, in my view, depends on how your penis responds to PE. Some dicks are more sensitive than others and need more downtime to recover.

Finding Cable Clamps

I’ve never done PE clamping and very interested in expanding my girth from 4.75 inch to 5.5 inch or more. I can’t seem to find Cable Clamps at any local hardware stores. I’ve checked online but they want to sell in bulk and I only want to purchase one or two at this time.. I’m not sure if it’s worth the investment to buy 12 cable clamps at once.. Can someone with Clampng experience guide me to where I can purchase only one maybe two clamps or should I take the hit to my wallet and buy 12 of them.

Get them online, they break after long usage. I’ve had 3 break while clamped. It is scary, but don’t panic, be calm and you will figure it out.

Being they are plastic, I can understand with prolong use they will eventually break. Do you know where the weak-point is on the Cable Clamp where they usually break.

So, it’s a dozen of Cable Clamps on order.. Thanks for your input

The small piece of plastic that acts as a spring to engage the ratchet breaks first. I finally just decided to keep using the broken ones, I manually engage the lock and hold it down with my left thumb while edging with the right. I also start loosening it as erection is gained so I no long pinch it to the max when fully erect.

Yes, porn is really bad for you. It’s a whole different topic, but I wish there was a section of these forums that advocated for enhancement without pornography. I don’t use use pornography, there’s nothing wrong with imagining normal things in your mind, and once you detox from pornography, you honestly won’t even crave it and can get better erections without it.
You only need to be erect for a few moments before setting your clamps. If you are doing any squeezes during your clamping, you honestly don’t want to be very erect, as this won’t allow the blood to expand outward when squeezing

Actually i literally got a girlfriend on the day you posted this. My morning wood and EQ is doing great, i wouldnt want to do damage with porn.

I tried clamping again earlier today too and it worked great, i didnt need any extra stimulation. However it doesnt always work that way for me. If i am having poor erection quality, my dick will go limp in the clamp after like 10 seconds. Back then, i was edging and using porn and it barely just kept it hard in the clamp. However if i am doing well and getting naturally good erections, then there is something about the pressure and the blood flow that kind of stimulates my erection, feels kinda good in the clamp and helps it stay hard while clamped.
