Clamping 101 - The clamping guide

Anyone else here using just a simple (thin) sock tied around the base?

I wore it for about 4-5 hours today after my morning PE exercises. No problems.

What am I doing wrong, if I keep losing my erection, whilst the clamp is on? I noticed my erect girth (4.3) perhaps is not enough for the clamp medium pro, but i add a sock for comfort anyway, boosting the girth, and I can see that the veins are coming out and my dick slowly becomes more red-purple ish. I close the clamp almost completely, maybe 1 or 2 steps from completely closure, but my erection slowly subsides while inside the clamp?

AFAIK, it’s normal for it to lose its erection. You HAVE to keep it erected via some kind of stimuli (preferably not porn) and also keep kegeling blood in. That’s the challenging part of the exercise.

Same thing happened to after 4 weeks of clamping. What helps me have the best clamping session is doing it after a 3 day rest. My penis is strong and am so hard to where it almost feels too hard. I can stay like that for 4-7minutes.

Also maybe try less clicks with the clamp. A lot of padding. When I did it too tight my penis didn’t want to cooperate. So you may need to experiment.

And I know it was already stated but you have to stimulate with kegels.

Over the last 4 to 5 years, I’ve been heavy into trying to gain length and girth. I’ve used a penis pump for hours on end. Only taking off to urinate and then back on. I’ve also had it on while sleeping. The outcome was a large looking penis and after a day, would reduce down to my normal size. I then got deep into sounding rods with a glan ring (made from an o’ring) and a hook on the end to put weights on. I started slowly with a pound of weight attached to the end of the sounding rod held in place with the o’ring. Loved the feeling and after a few months noticed a small gain in girth. Probably from having the sound in that stretched the inside of the penis. Not stopping, I added Estim to the mix using 4 conductive rubber rings positioned on the shaft while having a sound inserted. I would do a 2 hour session each day using the setup and realized some gains in length. It wasn’t until I started hanging with a vacuum cup hanger and 11 pounds of weight before I saw the most increase in length and girth. I have experienced a blister from over vacuum pressure and now looking to start using the Captains Wench for all day hanging.

Hi, I’m thinking about introducing clamping in my routine. I am wondering if it could be possible to use, instead of the cable clamp, a cock ring hold tight at the base of the penis (so including balls)? I tried to look for this information on the topic, but I didn’t find anything about.

I’ve been clamping for 4 months (took 1 month off in between so technically 3 months total) and am at the point where I’m able to leave the clamp on for 30-45 min without any signs of problems. First clamp time might be 15-20min and then 5 min rest. Second clamp time 20-45min. Penis is a shade darker but not too much. Clamping for 10min and taking a 5 min break in between just does not feel like I’m getting enough in. I’m fully erect by stimulating myself the entire time (lightly stroking while watching porn).

I use a heat pad before and especially after (heat for like 30-45min post workout) I’m done clamping. Massaging and heating my penis after workout to me is soooo important because it feels and looks like it’s preventing injury. I’m constantly checking myself while I’m clamping and am very careful. By the way clamping is all I do.

When I clamp I make sure to pull the penis outward with one hand while I push the clamps(use 2 clamps at base) back to the base with the other hand to get FULLY engorged. Not only does it look thicker it looks longer and would imagine it’s got to increase the length the more I do it.

I know everyone is different but I would like to hear from others who have been doing long clamp times like myself.

Ok so measured after months of hanging and zero gains, still stuck at 7 1/2” so thought I’d have a few days off hanging and thought I’d experiment with clamping for fun. I measured 8” in length while clamped but only 6” in girth (I’m 5.6” unclamped).

I have a steel cord and very spongey mid girth while erect and upwards curve. I’m wondering now if clamping could be the ticket to length gains for me now. Any of you guys gained length clamping? I find it weird my expansion is more length wise than girth.

Gonna leave out the jelling and do a clamping routine only. Seen some gains and already had some injuries, I’m convinced this is one of the most promising and effective exercises out there.

Yes, I’ve been at if for 5-6 months but technically a little over 4 months total clamping(2 breaks in between) and I’m seeing more length gains than girth gains at the moment. My girth is similar to yours 5.6” unclamped and 6” clamped and haven’t seen any girth gains in the last 3 months but in length I have. I’m about 1/2” longer in length since I started and 1/4” in girth.

You guys will probably think I’m crazy or lying but I’m now leaving my clamp on for 45min-1hr without taking a 5 min rest. About 20-30min in my penis will subside a little and when it does I stretch my legs for a minute or two (standing the whole time while clamping) and then I start stroking again to get fully hard. I might do this 2 or 3 times briefly to get a little blood flow but go back to clamping right away. You guys may not believe me but it’s the truth. I’m starting to see what my tolerance is and go off of what my body tells me not the clock. And yes I’m fully erect the whole time except for when I do quick stretches. I believe I’m able to do this because of my pre and post heating. I heat that bad boy 10min before and 30-45 min after workout.

I’ve gone from 1 day on 1 day off to 5 days on and 2 days off. I first went 2-3 days on 1 day off and seen no problems so jumped to 5 days on.
