I’ve been clamping for 4 months (took 1 month off in between so technically 3 months total) and am at the point where I’m able to leave the clamp on for 30-45 min without any signs of problems. First clamp time might be 15-20min and then 5 min rest. Second clamp time 20-45min. Penis is a shade darker but not too much. Clamping for 10min and taking a 5 min break in between just does not feel like I’m getting enough in. I’m fully erect by stimulating myself the entire time (lightly stroking while watching porn).
I use a heat pad before and especially after (heat for like 30-45min post workout) I’m done clamping. Massaging and heating my penis after workout to me is soooo important because it feels and looks like it’s preventing injury. I’m constantly checking myself while I’m clamping and am very careful. By the way clamping is all I do.
When I clamp I make sure to pull the penis outward with one hand while I push the clamps(use 2 clamps at base) back to the base with the other hand to get FULLY engorged. Not only does it look thicker it looks longer and would imagine it’s got to increase the length the more I do it.
I know everyone is different but I would like to hear from others who have been doing long clamp times like myself.
