Clamping 101 - The clamping guide

Excellent article. I have been clamping now for 4 months. I have increased my clamps slowly and I am very aware of the dangers associated with clamping. I am now up to 3 clamps and would be interested in the legends of clamping how many would be considered to extreme. I think I can go to 4.

My routine is 3 clamps in the morning 3-4 minutes. The clamp is generally put on with the morning wood while the coffee is brewing. Sometimes porn

Evening - Warm up, stretches, jelq and then clamp to end the session. Again I am only clamping 3-4 minutes but with 3.

Are these 3 clamps all clumped together or spaced apart up the shaft? You’re wise to keep your sessions short with all that pressure. Any discoloration?

I am not sure if it is normal or not but I also go flaccid if I don’t edge while clamped.

What I do is get plump but still soft and put the clamp on, kegel in more blood and clamp tighter and then edge for 10 minutes.
During this time my girth increases by 5/16” for the first set and 7/16” by the end of the second set.

If I get hard and clamp I expand between 0 and 1/4” so I don’t do it this way anymore.

The clamps are clumped together at the base. Yes the sessions are short.

Good thread remek, and all others contributing. This clamping stuff is hardcore, I tried it last night just to get a feel. But since I´ve only been back at PE for some 2 months they were very short sets (a minute and a half) with the clamps just tight enough to retain the engorgement together with kegels. Now seeing as I might not be ready for clamping just yet, I´m going to give it a rest for another month or so. But I am looking forward to making gains. And I feel that since I up until now haven´t seen any of those fabled 1” newbie gains, than maybe a somewhat more intense workout (clamping) is just what my dick needs to grow. Anyways keep up the good work, and keep gaining and inspiring us other schmucks.

What kind of gains have all of you found with clamping? I believe that was asked before, and I have yet to read any replies to the question. If I missed them then please, excuse me.
