Excellent article. I have been clamping now for 4 months. I have increased my clamps slowly and I am very aware of the dangers associated with clamping. I am now up to 3 clamps and would be interested in the legends of clamping how many would be considered to extreme. I think I can go to 4.
My routine is 3 clamps in the morning 3-4 minutes. The clamp is generally put on with the morning wood while the coffee is brewing. Sometimes porn
Evening - Warm up, stretches, jelq and then clamp to end the session. Again I am only clamping 3-4 minutes but with 3.
