Clamping - bigger expansion with less constriction?

Has anyone experienced the same?

Im getting bigger expansion when Im clamping not that hard.

Im guessing that the blood inflow is in this case still there while you can cut off the blood flow when you constrict too much.

Yes. I think that still allowing some blood-flow is the best and safest way to clamp. And that will allow continual expansion, because the clamp usually allows more inflow than outflow. I’ve never clamped tight enough to completely cut of blood-flow.

I never understood this concept. I clamp off blood flow completely. Then kegel more and more in. Pushing it to the most expanded state possible is the only thing that makes sense to me. But that’s just me. If it works for you, then I can’t tell you it doesn’t.

I never understood this concept. I clamp off blood flow completely. Then kegel more and more in. Pushing it to the most expanded state possible is the only thing that makes sense to me. But that’s just me. If it works for you, then I can’t tell you it doesn’t.

If you completely clamp off out and inflow how can you kegel more in ?

I don’t know. I just do. Lol more goes in but none can escape.

You’re not totally clamped then.
When you are you can be completely rock hard above the clamp and flaccid below, a strange feeling :)

For what it’s worth I tried both types of clamping and gained nothing from either but I did get larger expansion from clamping looser.
There’s a definite sweet spot which is why I preferred a hose clamp with finer adjustment than plastic cable clamps.
Still didn’t work either way, oh well.

You gained nothing from clamping ? Did you give it a justified run ?

About 6 months, I never gained from anything in 4 years though so don’t be put off by my experience. I’m not normal lol

You did six months of clamping ? Maybe, you taking the approach discussed above was the reason. How many times a day, week, sets, etc. ?

There is nothing that works for everyone, there hasn’t always be a mistake.

Marinera is right nothing works for everyone.

My best guess why it didn’t work for me is I reckon I did too much and didn’t rest enough.

That is a guess though as I’m sure someone else may say I didn’t work hard enough.
