Today I clamped without pumping too and the expansion I got wasnt even close to when I combine both exercises together. While clamped I got less than 1/4” expansion today but usually when I start off pumping first and also between clamping sets, I expand from 1/4” to almost 1/2” sometimes. From now on, I wont clamp unless Im pumping too. I just wanted to try it by itself today to save some time but now I wish I hadnt.

Bigger, when I did pumping then clamping, my expansion was about 1/4” more; however, I ended up with a lot of negative PIs. I’d agree with your theory above, if your unit can take it. I’m pretty much the same exact stats as you too btw :) . Have you reported any better gains from clamp and pump vs. just clamping (aside fromt he temporary 1/4” more during a workout)? Either way, gl with your girth gains!

Pumper and clamper here and I will never go back to doing one without the other.

How many inches can a guy gain? Most of people have successfully gained an inch but what is the maximum penis size increase? I know it depends on the person but it is possible to gain more than 2 inches? For example.2-1/2 or 3 inches would be possible by stretching and jelqing for 3 or 4 years?

Wow Dirk that sounds like a phenomenal workout program. How long have you been on it? How much have you gained so far?

Since around March or so. I don’t measure often as I use the “twat snap guage” to see where I am at. Before march the gains were slowing down clamping only and when I switched to the new routine listed above both flacid and erect have seen gains based on how it feels in my hand throughout the day and the feedback my GF gives me during and after sex. Sorry rulers disappoint me because I always feel it should be a little bigger than it has measured LOL.

I usually do a routine similar to what Dirk mentioned. I’ll start off pumping for 10 minutes at 5hg, about 50 wet jelqs, then clamp for 10 min, 50 wet jelqs then pump again. I repeat this until Ive done 3 sets of pumping and clamping. Ive never had any negative PI’s from it. This routine has actually helped me gain length but no girth at all. I havent gained any girth since starting PE, just length.

I reacquired the PE bug about a month ago and have been clamping daily about three-four sets on most days that are split up morning, noon, and evening. I added a little pumping last week to counteract discoloration (works wonders for me), and have now decided to use the pump more regularly.

Last night, I did 10 minutes clamped, 10 minutes pumping (@7hg), and another 10 minutes of clamping. During the second clamp set, I was about 1/4” girthier than the first set.

Perhaps in another month or two I’ll measure. ;)
