How about this one mravg, actually this is the one I have. Well as you see one the pic, you put it on the dick, and you pull in the ends, and when you reach desired strength around your dick, simply push the pin under it to keep it locked.
So back to my question, would you say it can be used for clamping just as good as a clamp?

Edoo20 - the loop device you describe is certainly a useful tool to have in your PE armoury, perhaps not as precise and potentially intense as a clamp, but it would be good to maintain a nice plump after clamping, similar to the jelly rings I wear..

But why would it not be as effective as a clamp? You can squeeze it around pretty hard, and the silicone is the soft kind, it’s pretty stiff.

Well have you tried using a proper cable clamp? You’ll only know the difference if you’ve tried one. I have used a similar loop device to the one in your pic and it served it’s purpose but in my opinion it isn’t as intense or as controllable as a clamp.

It is hard to say without trying it, but my impression is that the ring would not be as intense as a clamp because it is narrower, so it seems that it may cut into you and be uncomfortable before it gets as tight as a clamp. There is something about the rigidity of the clamp that allows you to really squeeze it tight also. Again, you can only know for sure by trying them both.

No I haven’t tried using proper cable clamp drill9, I live in Sweden, and I haven’t seen those anywhere here, I’ll try asking some of the Scandinavian dudes here if they know.

Yeah mravg it’s true it cuts a bit into the dick since it’s so thin, but I guess I have to try both. Now I’m Clamphunting!

I ordered some clamps off eBay the other day. I’m in the UK and don’t fancy paying the shipping rates for the official cable clamps.

I bought those ones off eBay but found out a few guys at MoS have them and they’re no good. They said the clamp didn’t stay shut and kept coming undone.

Those are the clamps I’m talking about. Has anyone here tried those clamps too?

If you’re going to be serious about clamping, it’s worth paying the extra for a quality product. I ordered mine from the Cable Clamp website and it’s worked out as being one of the best investments I ever made. Those eBay clamps are of inferior quality and not worth considering..

Apparently there are B&Q outlets in the UK that sell the real things but I’m yet to find them in my local stores..

Cool, there’s a B&Q store about 5 minutes from where I live. I’ll check it out at the weekend.

How much did they charge for Int. shipping at the cable clamp website?

I’ve just checked my records and I believe the total cost came to $35 which was about £20 then for 20+ clamps. Worth every penny..:)

Yes I’ve got two packs of these exact clamps and they’re useless. They pop open with a strong kegel. I recently got the genuine cable clamps imported and they are definately worth it. They came in 5 days.

Whilst I’m on this thread I have a question for any of you clamp vets (BG, Drilla, Aristocane, etc). I’ve only been clamping a month, on the three sets of ten minutes routine. But I’m not seeing any more expansion between the first and third sets, when done in one session. Also, my post workout ‘faux’ girth disappears by the next day.

However I’ve found that if I space the sets throughout the day I keep the engorgement longer and the expansion seems more. I know BG is an all day clamper and wondered if there is an argument for clamping every hour for as little as 3 or 4 mins, just to keep the tissues continually engorged. So long as you rest at night, is this enough healing time?

That sounds like a good plan to me. More expansion and longer engorgement are good signs that it is a good program for you. (But I’m not one of the experts you addressed this to).

That could well be a good idea chad66, I find that wearing jelly rings in between clamping sets helps maintain engorgement - but your theory should work just as well and may probably be less stressful on the penis longterm…:)
