CLAMPING Everything You Ever Wanted To Know

First of all I have been here for some years ago.
Doing PEing a little now and then but never really
got any gains that stuck. Jelquing has never given
me girth gains. Maybe I have a tougher tunica from
the start off. Maybe I put to little force on my tunica
when I jelq I don’t know.

I believe in the theory where you try to gain as much
as possible at all levels of penis enlargement. But…

For me: Why not use cable clamps at low intensity for
10 minutes x 3. 1 on 1 off. Instead of jelquing? This would
get me static pressure on the tunica in a more controlled way.
Lets say for as much as I expand with 1/4” girth during workout.

This is something I achieve when jelquing too but it makes my
writs sore and requires porn or just good timing with the strokes…

Could this mean I loose my chance to newbie gains? Or have I
just found a short cut? What do you think? Been on newbie routine
for two months now…

I’ve been getting this numbness in my right testicle while clamping, it really only happens when I clamp down to the 2-3 notch.. Any ideas?

Yes,

Don`t clamp your balls, but just the penis itself.

In the past I clamped the balls as well but was never comfortable with it.

I don’t think the concern is short circuiting your gains so much as it is that you might injure yourself. Jelking gets your dick used to pressure and strain, so that you can gradually handle higher levels of pressure and strain. I think if you haven’t had any gains, you need to try something new/higher intensity, but you need to work up to clamping gradually and be conditioned to handle it.

I seem to have hit a plateau and am thinking about clamping but it seems pretty dangerous to me. Is clamping and hanging something that all of the big gainers have done or has anyone had good results strictly from manual exercises?

I’ll be starting clamping soon. One thing I want to know that hasn’t been addressed yet. I’ve found cable clamps at the Home Depot (cable cuffs brand in beautiful home depot orange) and will be having a friend pick them up tonight for me. I’m 5” EG at the base, 5 1/4 EG (base) after wearing a cockring for a while, only 4 1/2 - 4 3/4 midshaft depending on if I’m wearing a ring or not.

The clamps come in small, medium, and large. What size should I send for? I’ll have him pick up several, but want to get the right size. I’ll be using them for clamping at the base (over a wrap) and for holding my captain’s wench in place when I advance to hanging. Obviously I’ll need to tell my friend what size of computer cables and TV wires I’m going to be clamping together, since I don’t know how big the various sizes are and I can’t really say, “I need it to fit an approximately 5” girth dick”.

Everyone is different I know. But how frequent is it that people clamp everyday (minimum rest days)?

Well for me I’ve had to actually take a couple rest days after each period of a few days of a lot of clamping. I began a while ago by doing what aristocane did and clamping as much as possible for a couple weeks straight and I didn’t really see much progress then I didn’t want to give up so I decided to do something different and give my dick some rest for a couple days then come back and clamp for a few days and then rest for a few days (2-5 days rest with no PE) over and over. This has given me girth and still is working.

I suspect there are many variables at play here that effect whether I gain or not. The reason I suspect this is because I’ve done many many expierements with wrapping, clamping position, tightness levels for clamping, different types of clamping etc, etc. So I think it’s not just one thing like rest days that make some gain and other not but it is many things/variables that need to be taken into account to dial down a perfect girth routine for someone to make progress on a normal basis for gains. I do think rest may be very important for certain individuals like me (must depend on genetics and PE conditioning level) to make gains at a steady pace.

Now the biological question is why would rest days work for me or others in clamping towards making gains? Hmm.

I’ve always been intrigued by clamping because I want girth gains much more badly than I want length gains but I’ve always been too scared to clamp haha.

Hey LoveMachine, I was wondering what your routine is at the moment. I am currently doing 3 sets of 10 minutes, 1 day on and 1 day off. I’ll be doing this for a month or so and then I’ll see where I’m at. I know rest is important but would a 5 on 2 off schedual be worth trying?


Start: 7.2" BPEL, EG = 5"

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"
