For some reason I found that clamping gains took longer to cement than pumping gains. If you see an increase stick with what you’re doing until you see increase after a week of no PE.
Increase in clamped state? Cause there is no time where my dick is not under influence of some exercise(even if it was yesterday).
A week without PE makes no sense for me as it could mean that I loose all flexibility I gained over some weeks which could mean to start from zero again.
I like to switch things up to give some tissues less intensity/rest. Like doing clamped bends downwards for 2 days and then upwards and then 3 days no bends at all. Then I do clamped squezzes midshaft for 3 days and then 2 days squezzes below the head. Then 1 day compressors.
(of course all with PI ‘s in mind. No morning errection and trouble keeping hard=low intensity until up again). [of course Im conditioned]
My plan for now with clamping exercise is to increase/hold intensity - until I maintain an errection without clamp assistance, that is as thick as my goal size.
And then to slowly roll back the intensity until I need no clamping to maintain it. If I loose size within a day I will ramp intensity up again immediately.
Right after clamping I can hold and use an errection that is up to 0.5 inches bigger then my old cemented girth. And its a good usable errection, veiny, non edema.
Feels like Im on the right track but It might also be that I need more rest for tissues to develope. I try to factor this in with switching things up. Its a great hobby anyway and I wouldnt mind clamping my whole life everyday to maintain my size..but I dont think this is neccesarry,
