Did you only clamp for one day? I don’t clamp but as I understand it, it will take several sets to start seeing the faux girth.

It takes quite a few sessions to get used to clamping to find the sweet spot. I recommend SLOWLY ramping up intensity. You’ll know when you’ve hit the sweet spot. Your post clamp dick will certainly be fuller.

I’ve tried every permutation of clamping over the years. I read all these guys talking about getting massive expansion in the clamp etc. Any amounts of expansion I get are very small indeed and are genuine expansion, not fluid build up. I’m just not prone to fluid build up and am pleased about that as it’s often what limits the time you can spend doing PE. I can get fluid build up if I pump at low pressure for over an hour (I don’t get it at high pressures!) or clamp for very long sets only loosening the clamp occasionally to get a bit of fresh blood in.
Some guys love that ‘post PE swell’ that lasts a couple of hours, but it’s just excess inflammation and tissue fluid leakage and is totally unnecessary for growth.

My erection has sucked ever since clamping for the first time yesterday. I’m taking today off all PE and hoping my little buddy makes a recovery. Since my previous routine still seemed to be promoting growth, and not inhibiting the joy of my morning boners, I think I’m going to put aside clamping for now.

There was nothing inherently unpleasant about the experience (in fact, it was pretty awesome in appearance) but I like how my former routine left me feeling swollen and stiff afterwards; clamping left me shriveled and floppy (though probably offering some great benefits in the long term).

Also: I notice one’s penis growing cold is a warning sign to remove the clamp. While clamping, I noticed my penis grew cooler than it normally was, yet I wouldn’t say it was cold. Is that normal? Is some cooling normal in the later minutes of a clamping set? Or is any noticeable temperature drop cause for alarm?

Having had a thrombosed vein once, I remember hot wrapping it, and massaging it, and taking Aspirin to thin the blood. If one had thinner blood to begin with, would they be less likely to develop a thrombosed vein? And if so, would having a beer previous to clamping, or doing other intense pressure work, help prevent thrombosed veins?

Just be sensible with how cold your penis feels. I don’t like mine getting cold at all. I will always open the clamp and kegel some fresh blood in if it’s getting cold.

I think most people who say they have had as ‘thromboses vein’ have had nothing of the sort; I’d be willing to wager that almost every thromboses vein is actually a blocked lymph vessel. The way to avoid injuries isn’t by taking pills or drinking etc., it’s by avoiding doing things that cause injuries, like using too much pressure or reducing blood flow for too long or doing too much too soon without any recovery time.

And I feel like it’s almost inevitable that one injures themselves eventually; growth occurs in that gray area between danger and safety, and until you’ve touched danger you don’t know your own limits.

That bit about growth occurring in the gray area is DEFINITELY not true. All PE, if practiced properly and with attention to what you are doing, is safe. Going balls out before you are ready for it and pushing things into the danger zone - that makes injuries inevitable at some point, but that approach is not required to achieve gains.

Use common sense! no need to get a thrombosed vein if you do it right.

read the thread its all in it. 4x10 is overkill first day. cold is not good. increase slowly. start with 5 minutes. use clamping together with other exercises. Be aware of what happens. feel it.

1 week or 2 years..or something in between.

I did 3 x 8 mins with a lot of expansion, second day the same, the third day sucks - my dick was like shrinked a thinner then ever before, so I thought i need to wait, heal, today, its still the same? does somebody experience this? i mean from expansion to shrinking? what it say about indicators? did I overdo or I just need 2 days On 2 days OFF. I know it will eventually come back, but the shrinking might be connected to masturbation, when I masturbate more then one time a day, + some PE my dick is the other day smaller.

That’s great you’re learning what works for you. I think if you can’t edge to a great erection after clamping you’ve gone a bit too far.

Yes masturabation to completion tends to steal erections for a bit. No harm though.
